I've been looking forward to season 4 ever since it was clear Cameron, Chase, and Foreman wouldn't be working for House anymore. FINALLY the writers can start writing new material. I've said it before and I'll say it again -- one of the neatest angles I can think of would be to add a doctor who is nearly as conniving as House, to give House an ally in his incorrigibility. I think it would be a lot more fun than another foil.

What no Cameron? You thought I was watching to see House?
The show is going to have walk more carefully, the non0medical portions of the plotlines are getting a bit "way out" even for tv.

It has been previously reported that Jennifer Morrison, Jesse Spence, and Omar Epps will continue to appear on the show. Their characters are no longer working for House, that's all. We'll still see them :)

Thought so. It wouldn't be believable to have Gregory House have interns for more than three years. After that amount of time any doctor should have moved on to his on practice or be promoted to another position to give new interns the chance to learn from such a high profile "teacher" as house is (and that's why he has interns in the first place if I remember correctly).

So they are still going to be on the show, but they won't be working under House. How the hell are they going to work them into the weekly plots then? I think this was an incredibly risky move, and it is anybody's guess how it will work out. The character of House is going to have an enormous amount of responsibility to carry the series until the new characters settle into their new roles; hopefully Laurie is up to the challenge.

I can't wait for the new season of House to premeire. I enjoyed the old characters, but it'll be interesting to meet new ones and see how they fit into the show. As long as Cameron, Chase, and Foreman don't disappear *forever* I'll be happy. Although, for some odd reason, the thought that the show's opening credits won't be the same again is really affecting me. I've always been really emotional about my television shows.

Something to note - Cameron, Chase and Foreman weren't interns, so the traditional intern placement doesn't apply.

This is an excellent show, but after 3 seasons the format needed to be changed somewhat. Hopefully adding new characters and allowing his internes more seniority and ppoower could have more confict situations between more equals.

I think this season will be great.

For three years nothing has happened, next season will change that.

As House, I don't like changes! I'm afraid of this new people - will they confront him?? will they be at his side??Either ways, it takes time to get used to them.
Cameron, Chase and Foreman should be promoted!! Just to discuss with House in other level.
I'm sorry, but I'm addicted to Wilson's advices and Cuddy's jokes. It's my Vicodin!!
And by the way, CSI didn't change, it improved. I wish the same to my Doctor! Long live House!!

replace half of the cast? Remember, these are the same writers who thought the Tritter story line was a good idea....

I think changing the cast is a really stupied idea! House is a great character, and yes, he is the star of the show, but Chase, cameron, and Foreman, were equally important. Instead of changing everyone, slowly put a new character in one at a time. I really don't even think I'll watch anymore.

I was kind of disappointed in the first new episode of
House for this season. Although my favorite character
is Hugh Laurie, it seemed the story plot was weak. He
seems to do best when he torments the others. ( I'd
like to see House and Cutty get together, too!) I liked
the past episodes when House had a romance-type thing
going....Also, Wilson is cool....that works. I like he and House arguing... I think they need to bring back at least 1 or 2 of the other characters.....

Its ok to put in new characters, but Cameron, Chase, and Foreman better have little roles now and then, the show just won't be the same w/o them!

Is this a way for the network to get more people watching? Chase, Cameron and Foreman popping in and out of the scenes may be a ploy to keep you guessing what will happen next. Have to break in new characters, but will the old ones come back in the end? Stay tuned, that's what the writers want the audience to do.
