If you've seen Blue Collar TV or any of the Blue Collar movies, you know the comedians always end the night by getting on stage together and riffing.
At Bonaroo, comedians David Cross (Mr. Show, Arrested Development), Aziz Ansari (Human Giant) and Nick Kroll (Cavemen, Human Giant, Best Week Ever) did their own version of the "old pals sitting on stools and shootin' the breeze" act with their list of criteria to determine whether or not you're a "deadneck" -- which, as far as I can tell, means a racist hippie of some sort.
Admittedly, the video is a bit lacking in that you're not actually there in the audience, no doubt already wound up and ready for a good time, but I think the fellas get a few good jokes in, even if they do kind of repeat one another once or twice.
The video was taken by someone in the audience, so the audio isn't perfect but you can still make out what's being said. There may be some inappropriate content, so don't watch the video if you're currently sitting in church next to your grandma. Also, don't bring laptops to church, it's rude.

The second video on Dead Frog explains it better. A dead neck is a redneck who listens to the Grateful dead. So yes, a racist hippie.

I was there! This was kind of the low point for Cross' set, but a high point for the other two.
