Nancy Grace, the CNN, ahem, anchor who ruthlessly interrogates guests on her show and spends days reporting on the same story (usually involving a celebrity), has just made news herself. According to an article in the New York Post Grace secretly married back in April and is now pregnant.
Nancy married David Linch, an investment banker from Atlanta. Linch and Grace have known each other since they attended college back in the 1970's. According to Nancy the wedding was a spur of the moment thing which was attended by family.
Now the pregnancy. Grace is due to give birth in January to a set of twins. She hadn't formally told her bosses at CNN that she was pregnant; she waited until her Tuesday night show to let them know. I'm sure they were thrilled to hear about it! Well, even though I feel using the word 'journalist' to describe her would be blasphemy, I say congratulations to Grace and Linch on their nuptials and the upcoming birth of their children.

I really want to make a very vulgar, rude and obscene comment about this witch, but I will refrain (at this time).
Let's just hope that it is a very painful pregnancy and that it takes her off the air for good. Still can't believe that CNN allows this kind of trash on its network.

I hate to sound like a witch, and would normally never demean another person ... except the you-know-what-administration (or is the duh-administration) and the "ahem...anchor." My first thought: who in their right minds would get married to her? Nothing about this women and the way she woes'me around is attractive. Rosie and Hasselbeck hooking up would not surprise me as much. And to be handed twins (shivers). I do not wish her any ill-will though - I only hope she loves her twins so much she stays at home for the next 70 years.

Maybe the extra amounts of estrogen flowing through her veins in the coming months might make her a little bit more human...or possibly turn her into a even more vulgar iteration of the harpy-like she-beast that she is now

Congratulations to Nancy and her Hubby on their marriage and babies. How lucky will those babies be to have a mommy who fights for their safety and well being and sets such a good example for them. Those who don't like her don't have to watch the show. I for one never miss it. Keep up the great work Nancy!

#4 - I hope your opinion of Bill O'Reilly and his GARBAGE on Fox is the same.
Nancy Grace is THE only anchor that has the courage to ask the tough questions of her guests and attempts to get to get to the bottom of the issues. Getting to the facts is the primary objective of an investigative journalist AND a Prosecutor - Grace exemplifies a combination of these skills each night on her show. It may not be pretty or sugar coated, but it's effective and she does not 'coddle' her guests with softball questions like many other talk show hosts (King, Walters, Oprah).
Further, albeit sometimes the subject matter is a little on the overkill, Grace's show is not politically motivated (as many others) and she's not out to win a popularity contest - her job is to get to the facts and she does it brilliantly and consistently.
With cable news dominated by men (Many of whom do not have professional credentials at her level), I respect the fact that she runs circles around them and maintains the ratings prove it...

Although I've fallen out of "Grace" with Nancy over the past few years and I don't agree with everything she says, I'm happy for her. I remember when she started her career on CourtTV and I watched her show faithfully. But ever since she moved to CNN, it seemed to me that she became a little more ruthless. If I recall, she was engaged many years ago and her fiance was either killed in a car accident or a victim of murder. So, I'm happy that she was finally able to move on.

Here's another sidebar on this new evidence. The Today show recently did a story on how Hollywood, etc. is giving false hope to women who have waited until their late 30s and upwards to have children. The average female doesn't have the financial means for fertility assistance and the media showcasing celebrity pregnancies of older women adds to the unattainable perfection syndrome (plastic surgery, anorexia, etc.).
Did Nancy have extra help conceiving twins (besides the father of twins and yes I know that was a cruel vision to set in your mind, ick)? I'm not by any means saying she shouldn't have the kids now, too little to late.
I'm in my late 30s, Nancy I think is 47, and I think it's not fair to her children that in all likelihood Nancy and Linch will not be physically fit parents for the long-haul. Don't shoot the messenger here, I said in all LIKELIIHOOD.
Also do the math, married in April, due in January? Sounds like a shotgun wedding to me. Again not issuing judgment here, hey at least he's stepped up the plate and made an honest woman out of her.
I can see the post-partum specials now. Ok Brooke Shields, Britney and Marie Osmond clear your schedules for appearances on Nancy Grace. They can form a support group for "our friend."

Whatever you think of Nancy, she is always on the side of the victim. I'm thrilled for her. Makes you wonder if those of you who don't like her are on the side of the criminal.

I havent seen Nancy on CNN myself personally yet. But whats the big deal bout having babies? It isnt like its work... its FUN for Gods sake (and most the time happens on accident).. so she likes to screw like everyone else.. but at age 47? Talk about LATE in life...
Doesnt that increase the risk of birth disorders?
