ABC and NBC may have turned her down after much controversy, but CNN has grabbed her.
Paris Hilton gets out of jail this Tuesday, and on Wednesday she'll appear on Larry King Live at 9pm. The Simple Life star will appear for the whole hour (Paris, if you're reading this, an hour = 60 minutes).
And to answer your next question: no, CNN and Larry King didn't pay anything for the interview and there are no ground rules for the interview. Of course, all of this is just tentative, because Paris still has to make it to the studio safely. Maybe she can get a friend to drive her.
As long as the friend isn't Nicole Richie.

Publicists and the media create celebrities by bombarding the viewers with news stories about so-called famous people, i.e. Paris Hilton. Why?

If Larry King was a "world-renowned journalist...a true American icon", he is now nothing more than an old fool in suspenders.
Paris "skank" Hilton is nothing more than a mindless, bigoted little rich brat. CNN has once again proved they are the worst of cable news...

I agree with Dan, it seems CNN is trying to out do Fox "News" in the worst cable news channel.

No one can make Larry King look smart, lets get that settled down right now...
But honestly, is there ever going to be a time when we stop talking about this person...so many more meaningful things in this world that could be filling the airwaves (Darfur comes to mind) than this spolied little whore who cried b/c she didn't get special treatment.
Paris Hilton's 15 mins of fame expired a loooooong time ago...someone please, please, kick her off my TV...

Who really cares? I am so sick of this stupid little rich girl who goes through her life thinking she is so priviliged and that she can live above everyone else and the law. Wh ygive her any more publicity than she already gets. I for one am sick of hearing from her and about her. Every breath she takes is nothing but a publicity stunt for for an attention starved nobody.

If you are tired of the ridiculous media coverage of Paris Hilton, click on the following link to "sign" the petition asking the media to stop talking about this "celebrity".
This is 100% serious. Thanks for your time!

Agreed, can she just please go away? As long as Paris is in the public eye, the backlash will only continue to get worse.
Forget about signing a petition, just stop watching any show that talks about her and express your opinion to the news directors at these so called entertainment shows and media outlets. The only reason the media keeps shoving her down our throats is because they think it's what we want...It's time to start focusing on more important issues.

I find it amusing when people wish Paris would just go away. Hell she just did !! But was she gone..No..the freaking MEDIA JUST CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF HER..I for one couldn't care less about the girl and I think I am of the majority.
It's the damn newpapers and TV and raido shows that just cram this crap down our throats. Then the morons have the balls to bitch about all the coverage they give HER.
I ask you...WTF ?

Haters... Paris is brilliant at marketing and making money. Should her money go to a better cause than another Chanel handbag, of course. But you can't argue that the one you think is dumb, has even got YOU writing about her. Pretty smart if you ask me.

Larry King bumped Michael Moore for this tramp known for porn and DWI's. Instead of being enlightened about how bad our health system is and what we can do to change it...we get to watch Parisite Hilton wax poetic about how she found God, and who's she's going to sleep with later on tonight. Lucky us. Larry King's show is now in the dumpster right along with Access Hollywood and Extra. King's producers are probably trying to woo some of Jerry Springer's guests away as we speak....

I thought Larry King did a good job, I'm not a Paris fan, but I think this interlude of jail has shaked her to her core...I can only hope she will use her time now, for good causes, like the women of Lynwood, Breast cancer & Humane society of the united states...Its never too late!

Alright, so Paris is over rated and people are sick of hearing about her. This is a given. But this is what entertainment is these days. Spoiled rich kids, who don't have any talent. Everyone needs to deal with it. You gotta admit though, we never expected her to be thrown in jail. Yes, DUI is a serious and dangerous offense. But so many celebrities have gotten away with it in the past. Obviously, the law wanted to make some changes and start making examples of what will happen when people break these laws. And who better of a person (celebrity) to make an example of then Miss Hilton. Bravo!
