If you're not familiar with the name "George Noory," than you're probably not one of the three million listeners who tune into his radio show, "Coast to Coast AM" every week.
"Coast to Coast AM," which was founded by Art Bell in the '80s, is a radio show that focuses on conspiracies, aliens, paranormal activity, and the like. You know Penn and Teller: Bullshit? This would be the polar opposite of that show.
On June 13 at 11:00 p.m., Noory will host a special on Sci Fi called Into The Unknown with George Noory. Among Noory's guest for the 30-minute special are actor Gary Busey, who will talk about his near-death experience; and paranormal expert Joshua P. Warren.
I'm definitely going to tune in, not because I believe in any of this stuff (I don't), but because I find Gary Busey infinitely disturbing and fascinating.
Also, I wonder if Noory, whose career is based on uncovering the "truth" behind these phenomena, will appreciate the irony of having his first TV special on a network with the word "fiction" in its name.

Being a C2C listener, I think it'll be interesting, although I just can't see how a 30 min show on Sci-fi is going to comapre to the 3+ hours we get every night.
Oh and to the previous poster... making assumptions about what people believe is just plain ignorant. It's wholesome entertainment... and a helluva lot better than ET or Inside Edition.

I totally loved it!!! I wish it was longer. 30 minutes went by like it was 5! I hope it's a series (and maybe 1hour instead of half) . Gary Busey was great, but I wished the interview was longer. It was an interesting show and a great change of pace from all those so-called "reality" shows.
Looking forward to more!!!
