My favorite T.V. show rest. is Monk's from Seinfeld. As far as my favorite KC episode, it'd have to be the one where the girl was really hot.

Wait, I'm confused. Are we supposed to list our favorite episode of Kitchen Confidential, or our favorite TV Restaurant?
Well, I'll do both, just in case.
Favorite Episode is the one with Michael Vartan. A bit of research shows that it was 1x04, titled "French Fight"
Also, my favorite TV Restaurant is probably Mr. Cluck's Chicken Shack from LOST.

My favorite Kitchen Confidential episode was the one with the rivalry with another restaurant. If I remember correctly, it started over a similar menu and then someone started dating a woman from the other's restaurant.
Worse comedies have lasted longer then KC, why couldn't KC have lasted a season or two?

Like most posters so far, it's "French Fight" with Michael Vartan.
Hmmm ... favorite restaurant ... do coffee bars count? I'd say Central Perk from Friends. Or if real restaurants with meals it would be the diner on Bones. Very homey looking!

Can a restaurant = a bar ???
I loved the bar on Ally McBeal and also Rosie's on MASH.
This show was gone far too soon - I think that that is why so many have listed "French Fight" as their favorite.
