Jimmy Hall: Hall was a documentary filmmaker and Discovery Channel host. He is part of the network's annual "Shark Week," which will air this year starting July 29. Hall was killed in a parachute accident while filming a documentary for the network near the Arctic Circle. He was 41.

Nicholas Worth: He was a well-known character actor who guest starred on numerous TV shows, including Star Trek: Voyager, The X-Files, MacGyver, WKRP In Cincinnati, Quincy, M.E., Deep Space Nine, Simon & Simon, Emergency, The Rockford Files, Charlie's Angels, The Greatest American Hero, Baretta, Cannon, Starsky & Hutch, Hunter, Fantasy Island, Night Court, and several others. He also appeared in many movies, including Darkman and No Way Out. He died of heart failure in Van Nuys at age 69.

Yolanda King: The daughter of Martin Luther King, Jr. was also an actress, and appeared on several TV series, including JAG, Any Day Now, and Liberty's Kids, as well as the 1978 miniseries King, where she played Rosa Parks. She was also in several movies, including Ghosts of Mississippi, Fluke, and Hopscotch. She died in Santa Monica at age 51.
