"Clusterfuck to the White House": The Republicans had their debate next to one of Reagan's old Air Force One Boeing 707s. It seems like everyone making fun of the Republican debate has to throw in a joke about how pasty all the candidates are. Aasif Mandvi, reporting live from the Gates of Hell (in Jersey), elaborated on some of the points made at the Republican debate.John Oliver filed a report from the Ronald Reagan Memorial Library. Again, with the pasty white guy joke jokes ("From eggshell... to bone!"). That bit with "I saw nine presidents out there" was hysterical. Ahh, awkward moments.
The night's guest was Lee Gutkind, author of Almost Human: Making Robots Think. Gutkind spent six years at Carnegie Mellon, watching students create robots of all sorts, including dog robots that can play soccer. I thought this interview was funny, but a little weird... Gutkind sounded so pumped to be talking about robots, but Jon kept pushing his "but... why would you even want to do that?" side.
Jon/Stephen: The DC Madam is not naming names. Colbert really dodged the bullet! Moment of Zen: Robots that play music better than I ever could.

Weren't the gates of hell in Philadelphia, the gateway to Jersey?
Later, Colbert said the Republicans ranged "from eggshell to ivory."

Peanut: Jon said something like "The gates of hell are in Philadelphia?" and Aasif said "Well... South Jersey."
