Actually the BQs only owned up to part of it - they said they paid Danny and Oswald to yield the team of their (Danny and Oswald's) choice.

I hope that the BQ's win the whole thing! Even though they have had to deal with the sniping of the other contestants (Mirna especially), they still manage to come across as happy, young women who are having the time of their lives, trying to win this contest. I do hope that they succeed, I think they deserve it. And yes, I was ticked off that no one was eliminated in tonight's show!!!

I find it hard to have any interest in Amazing Race all stars anymore when the outcome and winners have already been released.

I don't get why using the yield is considered evil. Isn't that part of the game? Why wouldn't you want to use something that could help you win?

I personally hate it when contestants complain about other contestants using the rules fully, especially in a competition. Are you telling me that Eric & Danielle wouldn't have done the same thing if they were in the same position? The whole point of a Race is to WIN. I'd most definitely do whatever I needed, within the rules, to win! It's for $1M people! Eric and Danielle need to grow up!

I find Eric very violent - he's always threatening to hurt someone. I hope Danielle sees this side of him and realizes it's gonna be a bumpy ride. I felt bad for Ozzy and Danny but, as Earl Hickey knows, karma can be a b****h! I gotta say, the BQ's are growing on me....

When I see Eric and Danielle, I get all full of vile and venom. These two are unwatchable, with their cry-baby attitudes and hatefulness. Eric and his degrading comments about everyone, and Danielle constantly giving up, I wish they'd just go home.

Now for Mirna and Schmirna -- did you catch the "she doesn't want anyone to feel sorry for her because she's little" WTF? Um, "please let us on the flight. she's little" "Please let us on the flight, she needs medical attention". The tall one sucks. Don't even get me started on their diction when speaking to someone who doesn't understand English.

Danny and Oswald...I love me some Danny and Oswald, but I gotta say, my allegiance lies with the Beauty Queens this time. When they ran their race the first time, I thought they were pure evil. I'm not sure if they're running a different race, they're edited kinder, or it's because they're surrounded by teams even more unlikable than themselves, but I'm really hoping they win.

Really? You don’t think that some of the general audience doest hate the BQs??? I HATE the BQs and have always been cheering against them ever since the first time they were on the show.. IMO the queens play all out and that’s a fine strategy for winning the game, but you are not going to win over an American audience who loves and underdog with their fake smiles a giggles..

I’m glad that everyone that seems to play cut throat this season is getting cut, it’s only a matter of time before the queens meet their fate as well..

Entertainment Weekly raised a great point in their recap -- Eric and Danielle were "marked for elimination" in a non-elimination leg???

And I'll say it again -- I like the Yield as a strategy tool, but please, KEEP IT ANONYMOUS. There is NO reason to bring more personal bias and feelings of revenge into the race. I think it's enough for a team to know that SOMEONE has Yielded them.

Drex - "fake smiles and giggles"??? What are you talking about!? That drives me crazy... these girls are the only ones competing and having fun doing it. I've never seen one scene where they were being "fake" as so many claim them to be.

They are one of my favorite teams ever! Not to say they don't make mistakes or are pretty airheaded at times.

Had Eric and Danielle been truly last after the 30 minute penalty, they would have been eliminated (and the next ep would have been the last non-elimination leg). In other words, if any other team was last this week, it was non-elimination, but not if it were Eric/Danielle, based on the 'new' last-during-non-elimination rule.

But if that was the case, there'd only be three teams next week and there wouldn't have been "the last non-elimination leg."

Two comments-
First, I don't think there was originally supposed be another non-elimination round. According to Wikipedia, there was going to be another team but it dropped out right before the race when one of the team members became pregnant. CBS probably had already made all the arrangements, both on the ground and with scheduling the show, and it just made more sense to add another non-elimination round than to readjust everything.

As to the BQ's always smiling, that's because that's how they, and every other beauty pageant contestant has been raised-to always smile and be positive when there is someone there to record things. While they are running a pretty good race and have only one done one slimy thing (telling Eric and Danielle that Oswald and Danny made the yield choice), I want just once to see what the BQ's are like when they are unaware that the cameras are rolling.

I have to agree with CJ- I don't think the BQs are mugging for the cameras. I think a lot of people can't get past their initial bias about beauty pageants and see that these are just nice girls who are playing within the rules and using all the tools they can use to win $1 million.

I'll have to go back and watch again- I didn't realize that the BQs told Eric & Danielle that Oswald & Danny choose them for elimination. Thanks for catching that, guys!

That is a good point about the Queens being trained to smile all the time. I never thought they were truly having a good time, just that they were too clueless to have a bad time.

I don't see how people like them. They are stereotypical mean spirited spoiled women. It would be fine if they became mean to get ahead in the race, but they are likely that way all the time.

What I kept hoping for was the BQ's to pick Mirna/Schmirna to yield. It made more sense to me to yield them than Eric and Danielle. Plus could you just imagine their reaction if Oswald and Danny had to do it to their face. That would have been hilarious!!!!

All I can say is I miss Rob and Amber. I don't care what people say but they played this game as it should be.... A GAME!!! Why do these teams always forget that. It's a game, you can yield, you can pay cabbies so you can follow them, you can get people to help you around town, you can team up with other teams to get someone out, etc. It's a game. The BQ's are playing smart and so what if they smile all the time. Did you ever think they just might be happy people and grateful for the experience?

It's a game and last night the BQ's played it well. I still would have a yielded a team that was closer to me than the team that was in last place anyway. Yes, Eric made up time last night but then maybe we would have gotten rid of Mirna and her hypocritical attitude. Charla wants to be treated like everyone else.... well guess what Mirna, not everyone wants to be treated like you treat people with your condescending attitude. You snap at people and talk down to them and then claim that you are better than everyone else. Charla is a better person that Mirna and shows it each week.

Soultrance is full of it. First of all, if you are upset about spoilers, then why post the link that contains the spoilers? hmm.. maybe it's because you are a BLOGGER on that site? I think you are trying to get people to log into that stupid site because you also blog on it. I dont' think you give a rat's a** about the spoilers. I saw on another reality tv show site that Soultrance is a blogger for the apprentice on the same site!

Anyway, go O&D and Charla & Mirna (or just Charla)!!!

Zwicker, I'm so glad you caught that point about the beauty queens telling Eric and Danielle that Oswald and Danny were the ones who chose who got eliminated. When I read this review and saw that comment about them owning up to what they did I was thinking "What?!?!?! They most certainly did not." If they had to the truth Eric and Danielle would have gotten a whole lot angrier with them than continuing to rant about Oswald and Danny.

I'm not a huge fan of the beauty queens but I don't hate them either. I completely agree though that using the yeild is what its there for and I don't really get why people consider it as playing dirty. Playing dirty was the season where people called and cancelled other peoples cabs. I think that was actually Erics team that did that, or maybe I am remembering wrong. If it was them though, Eric should think back to some of his tricks. I have to admit though that I thought that was pretty clever and considering its a game, for a whole ton of money I think you have to do what you have to do.

I'm rooting for Oswald and Danny, so I was glad they weren't eliminated tonight. I dont really like the other teams at all but I suppose my second choice woule be the beauty queens.

One last thing about Charla and Mirna. I never liked them and I always thought it was because they were both annoying. But after that episode, i think they were in Poland, when Mirna couldnt get anyone to help her because of her bad attitude (I know, sounds like every episode) and she kept being rude to Charla, I was so glad that Charla sttod up for herself because I felt so bad that she was stuck with Mirna. In that moment I realized it was Mirna I couldnt stand and her rechidness was overshadowing any good traits that were coming from Charla. Now I like Charla, but since shes with Mirna I really dont want them to win.

I'm finding it ver hard to keep interest in the show since Joyce and Uchenna are out of it but I'll keep watching it. I want D&O to win but I'm not happy with that little deal they made with the BQ's. They should've went out on the street and asked for money or asked the other teams for some money. I hope they learned their lesson and aquire some luck to get them in the final three.
