The Colbert Report and Daily Show on Xbox Live Marketplace

colbert and stewartOn the heels of news of Stephen Colbert's "Tek Jansen" cartoons being made available on Xbox Live Marketplace comes even gooder* news: both The Colbert Report and The Daily Show will have full episodes made available on the download service just a few hours after they air on television. The cost is 160 points (I don't have Xbox, but if you do, then I assume you know what that means), or two bucks per episode.

Although, as Wired points out, it's actually a better deal to get the episodes through iTunes if you're planning on downloading every episode. Either way, if you don't have cable this at least gives you more options to get your fix of both of these shows. Alternatively, I also recommend walking into a nursing home and watching it in one of the residents' rooms, preferably one who's too old and weak to make you change the channel.

That's right: "gooder."
