Are you going to sit there and tell me that you've been watching Dancing with the Stars just for the dancing and expect me to believe it? It seems like the entire country is waiting for Heather Mills' leg to come flying off into the audience. It seems like that day is almost upon us. If that day ever comes, it won't be an accident, but a calculated, manipulated piece of choreography. Mills' performance last night serves as a taste of things to come.
Mills danced an almost perfect number and, for some reason, felt the need to stage a mistake and choreograph a fall. Her partner also choreographed a caring response to her fall. I would have an easier time believing this blunder if she looked genuinely mortified.
In other TV celebrity body part news, Regis Philbin is recovering after his bypass. He called into Live! With Regis and Kelly yesterday and admitted some interesting things about his love life.Regis announced yesterday that he plans to return to the show April 26. He also made another surprising announcement about his sex life; now that his heart is in working order, it seems his libido has also been improved as captured in this TV's Top 5! moment.
Well, it's nice to know that Heather's leg is staying put for now and Regis' heart is in all the right places.
Watch this and other TV's Top 5! moments here.

A very planned fall. This woman is just trying for the sympathy vote. If I were voting, I would put my votes to anyone but Heather because of this. They showed a little of her footwork last night, which has not been the case previously, and there were a lot of missteps. Her score was again way too high for what she does. I agree that if her leg does fall off it will be planned. And again one of the judges mentioned how hard it was for her. Get over it. Stop ruining the show because of this leg issue.

I THINK HEATHER MILLS HAS MAKE A WONDERFUL APPEARANCE ON DANCING WITH THE STARS. SHE HAS SHOWED WHAT CAN BE DONE IF YOU PUT YOUR MIND TO IT, WITH CLASS AND POISE.
AS FAR AS HER NOT LOOKING SHOCKED WHEN SHE FELL, HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU THINK SHE HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST? SHE HAS PICKED HERSELF UP AND MOVED ON. I GIVE HER A LOT OF CREDIT FOR A JOB WELL DONE. AND WHAT DO YOU THINK SHE HAS DONE FOR OTHERS LIKE HER, FOR THERE FUTURE OUT LOOK ON THINGS.
WAY TO GO HEATHER GREAT JOB DONE. KEEP IT UP TILL THE FINAL.

Rita and John, you are right on the mark. Heather is good, not the best, but still clearly better than a number of the other remaining contestants. Stormy and breno are just plain Heather-haters, period. And as for that Joe Stalin fellow (1), well, we never could trust him, could we? Just ask Churchill.
Elizabeth, your cynicism is tiresome, really. Heather fell, but didn't looked embarrassed enough afterwards for your taste. What, pray tell, was she supposed to do, burst into tears, shriek with horror, wail like a banshee, gnash her teeth, pull out her hair? Professional competitors fall all the time, you know, people like Apolo. Whenever they do, they just pick themselves up and behave as if nothing happened. Just like Heather.
C'mon Liz, ditch the Joan Rivers bitch-shtick. It'll probably cut your output by about 90%, but the rest will at least be more worth reading.

Man, EP *mrooar* sheath those claws. Seriously, no need to get all mean. What are you - a blogger? :) The TS People are People, too. Anyhoo, while I doubt the HM faked it, I do find it hard to believe that a woman who has been so coordinated in the past few weeks would slip up on such a simple move. It also semed odd since she wasn't off-balance when she went to step on sexy Jonathan's chest. My only explanation is that she didn't pull her full weight into her right leg (i.e. Jonathan's wax board) as she should've for balance. While I want the Heather out of there, that means I'd have to say good-bye to my new crush, JR. So, come on Clyde Drexler, strut even less of your stuff!

Heather Mills Is a phony, yes she staged that fall. Says she put the wrong leg up, she is the only one that you see dancing on all the talk shows. She is such a mean spirited person and it comes through. She needs to go

Heather is dancing, and going over board a bit for my taste. But her abilities have nothing to do with Paul. Did she fake it, probley not. They all beg for votes.
I don't know her, but I think I see her losing weight each week. So I'm guessing that she is trying. I really assumed that they would have to make allowances for her. But we all know she isn't the best. Joey is that, with some of the other's catching up. I like Apollo myself. But u know She is not a bad dancer.

Oh, without doubt HM faked the fall- she claims she put the wrong foot up. Have they been practicing putting the wrong foot up all week, then? No way. She needs to go

heather mills is soooo calculated. she planned that fall, no doubt. i cant believe anyone could buy into her (well intentioned), "dancing to show amputies they can do it" bit. she wants fame and to be liked by americans hoping it will change her popularity in england(where she is hated). what was paul mccartney thinking? how can he be sooo scammed. you would think he has better judgement than that.

I would think Heather was doing something great if she was using the same kind of leg that millions of people are trying to use every day but no she goes to England to get a special leg or have them made on demand for certain dances i think she faked that fall to

Come on people, if you were honest, Heather is still much better than John, Clyde and especially Billy Ray. Only reason Billy Ray is still there is his fan base. He will be another master p.

Go to the video tape!! She leaned over with the top of her body, a big smile on her face. She did it on purpose, no doubt. She's been playing up the whole potential "disaster" issue, right from the start. Even if you fall on your butt with grace, one would tend to look somewhat surprised at the beginning of a fall.

I think Heather Mills needs to go. She is a fake. It is all over ET about her. There are other dancers on the show and it is all about her. Yes this is terribe that she has lost part of her leg, but lets not have to show it and pull her stunts. Next she will have it fall off so she can get more points. They should have a Dancing with the stars for people with disabilites. Then Heather can perform.

My gawd you people!!! It took courage for her to get out there and do this considering the situation she is in. Not just the leg, but the public divorce as well. We don't live with them, so we don't know what happened. We don't know her personally, just how she is portrayed in the media by everyone who thinks Paul McCartney is GOD. I like him as much as the next guy, but it really is none of our business, it is between them. I think she is brave to take DWTS on, and I don't believe the fall was fake. She explained what happened....the slit on her dress was on the opposite leg that they had been putting up in practice, and once she put the dress on, it threw her off and she put the wrong leg on his shoulder. It happens. She says she never knows when and where she is going to fall, and it just happens....A LOT. You people are so cynical, jeeeesh!!! And just FYI, my uncle had his leg amputated, and he has several different legs...one for everyday, one for swimming, etc. and he isn't famous. He lives in England as well, and with National Healthcare it is much easier for him to get the prosthetics that he needs.
(Can't we all just enjoy the show for the entertainment that it is and stop being so damn critical about everything?) WOW!!!

I would much rather concentrate on the ACTUAL skill and quailty of dancing coming from the stars, not things like suspicious motives, sympathy and fan base. While I realize that the fan base drives 50% of the support, I do not feel it can or will always lead to the selection of the most qualified, deserving individual. I personally felt last year was the perfect example. Emmit Smith triumphed over Mario Lopez, who to me was CLEARLY the best of the 2. I think that the judge's scores should count for a larger portion of the overall score. This could potentially compromise the popularity of the show by minimizing fan participation but I think we would have a true winner in the sense that the dancing itself is being judged
