What do all these phrases have in common? They're all slogans that can be found on the many hats worn by the character Frank Rossitano on 30 Rock. Of course, if you read the headline to this post, you probably already figured that out, but thanks for playing anyway.

I'll admit I'm not a rabid 30 Rock fan, although I do think it's better than most typical network sitcoms. I have, however, been an admirer of comedian Judah Friedlander (who plays Frank) for some time, especially his role as "Toby" in the film American Splendor. And Tracy Morgan, in the right environment, can be very funny. I guess what draws me intermittently to the show is not so much the show as a whole, but the eccentric characters. I don't have the desire to tune in each week, but I don't regret an occasional visit to 30 Rock.
