Where do you write from?Luckily, I have wireless and a laptop computer. As such, I write everywhere from the couch in my living room to my bed to places you probably don't even want to know about ... no, not THERE! What kind of monster do you think I am? Wait, did you mean what city? Oh, that's much more logical. Let's call it in and around "The Lou."
Craziest/funniest TV Squad comment you've seen?
I just love all the comments and "tips" from people that think we ARE television. The people who pitch show and episode ideas to us (do a "Power Rangers" Family Guy!), or ask us to reconsider programming decisions.
If you were only able to watch one TV show, what would it be?
I write for a TV blog; do you really think this is a fair question to ask? I'm going to go with Who Wants to Marry a Multi-Millionaire? It's the pinnacle of everything great that television is capable of.
Most overrated and underrated TV show (current or past)?
Most overrated show is the entire CSI franchise, for me. I have a disposition against "procedural" shows where everything is wrapped up in a nice neat bow by the end of every episode and there is rarely any character progression or change. After you've seen a few episodes you know the formula, so what's the point?
Most underrated show for me is Sliders. Bear with me on this. The potential in the concept alone, exploring parallel worlds, is mind-shattering. You could use that model to explore and touch on so many things from light-hearted insanity to serious social and historical issues.
Unfortunately, the show quickly collapsed on itself due to a lack of support from FOX and increasingly erratic decisions in casting and its direction when creator Torme left, but a decade later it still captures my imagination like nothing else.
Best benefit of writing for TV Squad?
The benefits are two-fold for me, I love writing and I love keeping up with what's going on in the world of entertainment. To be able to marry those two joys and do so in a forum that provides feedback and communication with such a large and passionate fan-base is amazing; do you like how I've just turned you all into fans of me? I mean, you are, right?
And the free swag. I already collect TV on DVD so why not have it sent to me for free so I can review it. Eh? Eh?
Where else can we see you on the web?
Are you watching me right now? I'm turning off the monitor!
You can always jump over to HuesRevues, where I review anything and everything that crosses my mind.

Hey Jason - When considering online programming or discussing how to catch up with fav shows during the summer, would you keep Fancast.com in mind? We have a huge library of content and are a partner of Hulu's as well.
Hope you're well and keep up the great work!

Jason,
So NBC is doing a comedy version of The Locator, eh? LOL
Well pass the word along that I think this at LEAST earns me a walk-on role from time to time! :-)
Keep up the funny writing style brother. Always enjoy your stuff! (But not your hats)
