Jane BoursawWhere do you write from?
Traverse City, Michigan, home of the Traverse City Film Festival.

Craziest/funniest TV Squad comment you've seen?
I love it when people think we have a direct line to the actors and directors. Hey, you never know. Those big stars could be checking into TV Squad on a daily basis. And they should be, if they want to be part of the cool crowd.

If you were only able to watch one TV show, what would it be?
Hmmm ... tough question. Maybe Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Or The Mary Tyler Moore Show. Those two gals have a lot in common.

Most overrated and underrated TV show (current or past)?

Overrated: Battlestar Galactica. I've tried and tried to get into it, but can't seem to get past season one.
Underrated: Relativity. It was nominated for several awards, including an Emmy, and yet, it only ran for one season, from 1996-1997. What's up with that? If I can pick another show -- and, I can, because I'm writing this -- it would be The Days and Nights of Molly Dodd, which aired from 1987-1991. Blair Brown paved the way for all the Carrie Bradshaws who would later grace TV screens. OK, Blair Brown AND Mary Tyler Moore.

Best benefit of writing for TV Squad?
Being Joel's wing-girl, hanging out in cyber space with people who get me, and writing my weekly column, Jane After Dark.

Where else can we see you on the web?
Read my movie news, reviews and interviews at Film Gecko, b5Media.com's movie blog. You can also read more about me at Reel Life With Jane, home base for my syndicated movie column. I've written for a gazillion print and online magazines, but if you're really interested -- and I know you are -- you can check those out on my site.
