TV Squad blogger: Annie Wu

Annie WuWhere do you write from?
A little black cloud floating along the east coast, kid.

Craziest/funniest TV Squad comment you've seen?

It's always strange when I write about someone and then they pop up and reply. I forget that anyone can read this stuff, so when I see their names in the comments, I always have to scramble back to scan over my post to check for anything mean or embarrassing ("I hope I didn't say he was painfully unfunny and/or devastatingly sexy...")

If you were only able to watch one TV show, what would it be?

Ongoing? Either The Daily Show or The Colbert Report. But I could also watch old episodes of The Office (UK), Spaced and The Venture Bros. a million times over, not that I haven't already.

Most overrated and underrated TV show (current or past)?
It's a dead heat between American Idol and Friends for the most overrated. As for the most underrated, I'm going to have to leave that question alone. Most of the shows I love have cult followings and are kind of sad and underrated on a large scale.

Best benefit of writing for TV Squad?
The free stuff and press passes are great, but I enjoy having a place to share my embarrassing encounters with TV personalities. I consider it my purpose in society, making other people feel better because they will never be as full of self-loathing as I.

Where else can we see you on the web?
It's tough to avoid me. I write for several blogs, Twitter (@anniew) and post my sad little illustrations on the Internet. Come find me.
