First of all you have to remember these are photos made by professionals. That said I stopped thinking Alyssa Milano was hot until I saw a topless photo of her on one of the german TV-Guides (called "TV Spielfilm") about ten years ago. Her breasts then were just totally ugly.
I think a lot of the women you see each day, maybe even your next door neighbour can look just as nice when shot the same way. So this doesn't really surprise me, in fact what I'd like to know is whether there are child actors out there who grew up to be butt-ugl :-)
