Yup, the only thing funnier than an American with a poor British accent is listening to an English person over-stressing the R's of an American one. "Back in Black: Lewis Black's Iraq Good News Explosion": I always think that Lewis Black is at his best when he's covering political news, not crazy stuff that came straight out of the Obscure Store. That footage of UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon in Iraq was startling. An explosion during a conference pretty much negates all positive things said during the speech...
The night's guest was Senator John Kerry, author of This Moment on Earth and one of the main characters of the 2004 Election. Ah, I was wondering how long it'd take Kerry to take a direct jab at the Bush administration. I'm proud of him for resisting until the middle of the interview. Anyway, this was pretty good. Thankfully, Kerry's not half as boring on talk shows as he is during his speeches.
