Heather Arthur, a stuntwoman who has done film and television work, keeps a very interesting blog about her life and career. Arthur has been the stunt double for Evangeline Lilly and Michelle Rodriguez, and her posts contain plenty of behind-the-scenes details about Lost. The stuntwoman had the following things to say about her scenes and the show's stars:

• Arthur was brought in to double for Evangeline Lilly in the tree-climbing scene ("Par Avion"), but Lilly ended up doing the stunt herself. She believes that Lilly is a "stuntwoman at heart."
• She doubled for Evangeline Lilly in "Enter 77," for a scene in which Kate is tackled by Ms. Klugh.

• During a scene in "Two For The Road," in which Ana Lucia is attacked by Ben, Arthur doubled for Michelle Rodriguez. She actually got to do the scene with cast member Michael Emerson.
• Arthur once dyed her hair brown so she could continue doubling for Lilly and Rodriguez without wearing a wig.
• Besides working on Lost, she has done work on shows like Monk and One Tree Hill.
• The stuntwoman found former cast member Michelle Rodriguez to be "fun and friendly," adding that she "was great to work with."
• Arthur's blog contains several photos with the cast members and their stunt doubles.
