Hola, mi muchachos and muchachoettes! It is I, Schedule Boy, back from wherever the hell I was. I'm here this time to present a comprehensive list of upcoming season and series premieres and finales for you, my adoptive TV Squad family.
What a crazy season its been! Shows that had so much potential (The Nine, Studio 60) struggled to stay on the air, while others (Ugly Betty, Friday Night Lights, Jericho, 30 Rock) surprised us with their growing fan bases and popularity. Then there were shows like ER that made a sudden comeback and ones like Gilmore Girls and Scrubs that didn't seem to find their way for the first half of the season. Well, at least we could be confident that hits like Grey's Anatomy, American Idol, 24 and Lost would carry us through the season. Then again, maybe not. Like I said, crazy season.
So, sit back, relax, and enjoy this fine presentation, presented in color with limited commercial interruption. You can find the list of premieres and finales (as well shows returning from hiatus) after the jump. Remember, dates are subject to change, so we'll be updating as time moves forward.

This American Life premieres on Showtime in the next few weeks. Given the radio show's popularity and prestige, i don't understand the low-key approach to publicity. I think it's being paired up with the new season premiere of Penn & Teller's Bullshit -- talk about a mis-matched pair (of course, i'll be Tivoing both).

How could you forgot Doctor Who on March 31st? Sure it's the BBC but it is well worth an honorable mention. Thank god the world is a bit smaller these days...

You forgot to list Project Runway which primeres next week I think. Good to see The 4400 come back a little earlier. And when is Bullshit coming back?
And Veronica Mars is on hold until May?! Ouch, I guess that show won't be making it to the Fall.

@ David, where did you hear that Runway is starting next week? I can't find a word anywhere about it. :/ I'm eagerly awaiting its return though it's conflict with Lost and I'll have to tape [yes, we still use videotape] Runway and watch it the following day.

Hooray for Always Sunny in Philadelphia returning! I figured it'd be around summertime, since that's when last seasons started. I'm also pleased about the season being bumped up to twice the episodes. Will we finally get the resolution of Frank being Charlie's father? God I hope not. :D

Project Runway is barely starting auditions. It won't be airing till summer so it can coincide with Spring/Summer Fashion Week in early September.

Both Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis come back from their 5 month hiatus on April 13th, not finish up. Based on how many episodes they've got left in their seasons, it looks like both will end in mid-June (SG-1 series finale, Atlantis season finale).

"Drive" premieres on April 15th then settle in on its regular timeslot on the 16th.
Also, I remembered ABC's "Traveler" which was pushed back from its fall premiere is going to start on May 30th.

Okay, updated information for Drive, This American Life, and Bulls**t. Also added One Tree Hill, Heroes and 30 Rock to shows returning from hiatus.
I'm not considering The Office on hiatus because of the "newpeats" they're now offering. Keep me updated everyone.
