(S01E02) As I watched this week's episode, I could only think one thing...thank goodness there are only nine finalists, cause I really can't take much more of this show, in fact, in deference to the people who like this show (both of them) this is going to be my last review.
The first big event of the show is when the girls move into their new house. After the required fifteen minutes of screaming and running with their hands in their air, they finally choose their beds. Was I the only one aroused by the girl who licked her pillow?
The line of the night has to go to Chelsea(?) who revealed to the audience that she use to be quite fat and had no friends. But now that she's thin and sexy, everybody loves her, and the critics said this show has no redeeming values. What better message is there for the young women of today than the knowledge that fat girls grow up friendless and alone?
I must admit that while I can't say I like this show the constant ass-shaking is truly hypnotic. I thought I would never get sick of seeing Mariela(?) stick her leg straight up in the air and guess what? I was right!
After the girls moved in, Robin took them out to dinner and then afterwards they were all forced to dance. Now why doesn't that ever work for me?
When judging time came, Robin introduced everyone to their celebrity judge Lil Kim, who I am assuming is on a week-to-week contract just in case she gets locked up again. Kim had some words of wisdom for the girls, such as, "Own it, work it out, rock it, represent and bring it." Definitely sound advice.
In the end, Brittany was sent home because she was just too darn sexy. I honestly didn't think that was possible.

I like the show... definitely one of those mindless fun brain candy type of shows... ya know.. the kind I'm a sucker for. Plus I love the Pusscat Dolls and their music... and I asked my husband if that means I need to turn in my "liberated woman" card. LOL!

I watched this last night and nearly choked when the woman said that the Pussy Cat Dolls were sexy but classy. How sad if they hold the standard for classy now.
I feel sorry for Brittany. She hails from the town where I live and to be sent home because of being too overtly sexy for the PCDs is just - as Jed Clampet would say - pitiful.
BTW - Is the tall redhead with the PCDs a female? The camera never lands on this individual for more than a split second and is always shown wearing a wide neck choker. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with that - I just wonder if there is some false advertising going on there.

but if i had to pick id say asia and melssia r are the girls to beat and the group who sang hot stuff?? jesus give them a record contract they sounded amazing together better then the pussycat dolls thats for shure
