Criminal Minds
- Episode 2.20, "Honor Among Thieves," revolves around a Russian woman named Zina Chernus who asks the FBI for help in locating her husband Sergi. The husband of Russian restaurant owner Katya Ivanov turns up dead. [Source: TV Squad]
- The show is currently looking for actors between 30 and 40 to play possible new regulars Pamela and Graham Weaver. Those characters are set to be introduced in episode 3.19. [Source: TV Squad]
- The March 28 episode is titled "Mud Bowl", and here's why: An explosion at a nearby chemical plant forces the Panthers to play their semifinals game on a cow pasture - in the rain! In the same ep, Coach Taylor makes Jason an offer that may be too good to refuse, and Landry crosses an item off his to-do-before-I-die list when Tyra agrees to go out on a "date" with him. - Cristina will soon realize that the only reason she said yes to the marriage proposal was for Burke. And by the time the intern-on-intern action goes down, Cristina and Burke may be on the outs. [Source: Kristin from E!]
- Zachary Quinto will be made a series regular for season two. [Source: Kristin from E!]
- Sylar is eating a certain Hero's brain in episode 22. [Source: Kristin from E!]
- Episode 1.19 will be titled ".07%" In this episode Linderman continues his pitch to Nathan. In a scene shown during the Paley Festival, Linderman entertains Nahan in an art gallery which showcases his extensive art collection, paintings of the future all, by Isaac Mendez and people like him. Included among the paintings were those of the fictional Japanese warrior Takezo Kensei. "We all have our roles to play in the events to come," Linderman says. "This isn't just a collection of art. This is a road map. These artists envision a brighter future. Peace, prosperity." Nathan jabs his finger at a painting of the New York explosion and asks: "Is this your idea of a brighter future?" "What if I was to tell you that it was?" Linderman replies. Linderman goes on to explain that he, too, has powers, which came with an audible reaction from the audience. He'd become aware of them years earlier, and banded together with others like him "to make a difference to the world." But some of his comrades in arms lost their way. "Greed set in, and we split apart. And all the good we'd done, well, it amounted to nothing," Linderman says. Then Linderman drops a bombshell, literally and figuratively: the explosion is to be the catalyst for a better future. When Nathan wonders out aloud about the cost in lives, Linderman counters, "There's six and a half billion people on the planet, that's less than .07%. Come on, that's an acceptable loss by anyone's count." "It is your destiny, Nathan, to be the leader who uses this event to rally a city, a nation, a world," Linderman continues. And to drive the point home, Linderman unveils a prophetic painting of Nathan Petrelli in the Oval Office, seemingly painted by Isaac Mendez. "If you know all this, you also know the exploding man is my brother Peter," Nathan says. "As I said, we all have our role to play. Peter's curtain call will come the day after you're elected." - Forest Whitaker's Kavanaugh makes his final appearance in Episode 2. Mackey doesn't find out that Shane killed Lem until sometime in May. Someone from Mackey's past returns in Episode 5. The Strike Team adds two new faces. Well, only one of them is new - Aussie actor Alex O' Loughlin, who joins the cast as Det. Kevin Hiatt. The other one is a Farmington vet who gets "promoted" by Claudette. [Source: Ausiello]
- Alexis will have a gentleman admirer before the season is over. He'll be sexy and successful and won't care about her sordid past. [Source: Kristin from E!]

Could Hero's become more of a X-Men ripoff? We will destroy the world in order to save it because they don't understand us!
*yawn*
Been there done that, should I buy the tee shirt now?

Actually that Heroes plot is more Watchmen than X-Men.

I'm remaining optimistic, though the hiatus has given me too much time to think about the aspects of the show I don't like without a Monday night fix of the things I do like.

Actually, I was thinking that this new Linderman plotline is more of a "Watchmen" ripoff. But either way, it's awfully derivative.

Sorry, Elliott -- for some reason your comment didn't appear until after I'd written mine.

No worries Ted, I think every comic book geek is thinking the same thing.
I actually read Watchmen last year after I heard a rumor about it being turned into a movie. Don't take away my geek card, but I didn't really care for it. I'm hoping Heroes can pull it off though.
I think Heroes has done a pretty good job of treading new ground thus far and hope they can keep it up. By remaining secretive they haven't explored the X-Men / Spider-Man plotlines where the public turns on them, but they haven't been praised as saviours like Superman either. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for several more compelling seasons.

I've always thought it must be tough for Landry to be named after the greatest coach the Dallas Cowboys ever had and not have anything to do with football.
