I thought The View was supposed to bea woman's perspective on current events, it has turned into the "Rosie O'Donnell is pissed off" show. Many, many years ago Rosie used to be funny, now she is just angry.

I've seen the pics - they are just of her on spring break with some girlfriends on the beach topless with her hands covering her breasts. There were also some "oral sex" pics - but it was discovered to be a lookalike and not actually her.

I agreed with Rosie about Donald Trump - the guy's a sham with bad personal hygiene. However, I completely disagree with her on the "Frenchie Gate" issue - it's not about racism or weight - those are nothing more than convenient excuses. The real facts are Frenchie posed for soft porn and Barba posed allegedly for fun...Fox has yet to clarify the real reason why Barba remains on the show, despite the raunchy photos all over the internet.

Rosie just makes the obvious comment about TV shows and personalities. if there was not some truth in her comments people would not watch the View to see who next is finally geting put in their place because everyone knows they deserve it.

Whether Frenchie made any $ is not the point! American Idol's image is supposed to be that of someone who is marketable, who will be liked by people, so they will buy the music. Just as others have been bounced in previous seasons for arrests & questionable pasts, these contestants should be held to the same standards.
