Three top A&E reality series, Dog the Bounty Hunter, Gene Simmons Family Jewels and Driving Force will kick off new seasons in April.
The second season of Gene Simmons Family Jewels kicks off April 1 with two back-to-back episodes starting at 9:00 p.m. In "Gene's Big Mouth," Gene meets his newly-adopted infant son for the first time. In the second episode, "Face Off," Gene and his wife Shannon both undergo cosmetic surgery at the same time.
Driving Force also kicks off its second season with back-to-back episodes on April 3 at 10:00 p.m. The first episode focuses on daughter Ashley, who's trying to move up to the pro Funny Car circuit. In the second episode, John attends a high school reunion while his daughter's go racing.
Dog the Bounty Hunter kicks off its fourth season on April 10 with a one-hour episode that, not surprisingly, focuses on Duane "Dog" Chapman dealing with his arrest over his 2003 capture of Andrew Luster in Mexico that led to his own arrest for "deprivation of liberty" last September.

Personally I love A&E, however I really would like to see more variety in new programming, rather than the same old, same old.

Memo to A&E - start taking the "A" (for Arts) part of you name seriously. I really miss some of the stuff this channel used to do regularly - like the Nero Wolfe series with Timothy Hutton - before they decided we wanted to see bounty hunters and Gene Simmons (and I say that even though I attended the same high school as Shannon).
