Well, I'm going to take a guess on the 'Lost' spoiler, that it might be Julie Adams who's the last surviving member of the Dharma Initiative. She was in the first episode of this season, as the older woman in the book club.
Julie Adams did a lot of TV work back in the 1970s and I'm thinking there had to be more to casting her than those brief scenes....

AUGH! I swore I wasn't going to look at any spoilers and I really, really thought these wouldn't be any big ones but the Claire thing... I really wish I hadn't read that. Though it's hardly a surprise really. As for the Heroes thing, it might [as Kristin said] be that they plan on a five-year run but as we've seen on the show already... The future is pretty malleable.

Based on last episode the Addison-Mark thing is a no-brainer.

i figured that all of the heroes would have to die, in order for the series to reboot the series next season with all new heroes and stories. Ill even wager that a few of the deaths will be "comic book deaths"!

If the last living member of the Dharma is shot why are food deliveries still being made to the island?
My bet is that the crazy French lady will be shot before she gets to have a reunion with Alex - 'cause that's seem to be how Lost works.

There is absolutely nothing that could happen that would make me like Lana on "Smallville." The character is badly written, and the actress is AWFUL.
Maybe if they killed her off...again.

Wait how could everyone on Heros die? That makes no sense.

The writers can kill anybody, even Hiro, because Hiro will always exist somewhere in time due to his powers. We've already seen two Hiros. One within the present storyline and the one that met Petrelli in the subway. So the writers could kill present day Hiro, but future Hiro could still exist. And since we know he can teleport others with him (like Ando), the writers could kill everyone, only to have Hiro (from any conceivable time frame) save them.

The Heroes one makes some sense when you remember that Hiro can travel in time - perhaps he witnesses it in a possible future? IIRC, FutureHiro appears in the 'it's time to save the world' promo.

Well they even said that the Heros second season would feature new people and storylines so killing everyone off would work.

I can see them killing off some, particularly Isaac, but it would be a bit too much of a risk to kill them all and keep a loyal viewership next season. I agree with the others that they will kill them all, but it will be undone by Hiro, or maybe even Peter, who may have learned how to use Hiro's powers by then.
Let's also not forget it said episode 1.20 which I think is season one episode 20. I would imagine if they killed them all off for real, it would be in the season finale.

Of course anyone with even a lick of comic book knowledge knows that just because someone is dead it doesn't mean that they actually have to stay dead. Why Oliver Queen (in the comics) was blown up in a plane, his body reduced to microscopic particles, but he got better.

I read on another spoiler site that the death of all the Heroes occurs five years into the future.

Tim Kring has said that 'some' heroes would not make it to season 2 - not ALL. As usual, Kristen from E! has her "facts" wrong. Not all of the heroes need to die in order to introduce new heroes, as they have already proven.

What I think Kristin means is that in episode 1.20 (which is set 5 years in the future) all heroes die in the future. That doesn't mean we won't see them next season as it'll still be present... but that something happens in 5 years that has them all be dead. But then again, they can change the future still...
