Back in her 'Forever Your Girl' days, I had a pretty huge crush on Paula Abdul. I was in middle school and learning to be afraid of girls for the first time, and Ms. Abdul would look seductively at me from the poster on my closet door as if to say, "I understand you, Adam. I am forever your girl. Come over here and make out with me."
How I miss the young Paper Paula, and the good times I had French kissing a door. But love, like everything else, does fade away, and since I don't watch American Idol I've moved on to other crushes and fondling other doors in my home.
Sometimes, though, when I start to pine for those hours spent with Paula, I watch a clip from Junior High School and it's like I'm 11 years old again, wanting to put my tongue in her mouth so she'll stop singing. If that's not true love, then I don't want to know what true love is.

With my heart beating so fast, I thought i Finaly would see her for real...
And for the vocals on this clip... You haven't heard Kinderen voor Kinderen (Kids for Kids).
That's realy terrible.
I still love her.
There are some much artist, who's looks are there succes.
Paula always get's negative publicity about that...
I think it's not fair... I think she can sing.

Paula has had plenty of face work done over the years. Paula has never been a very good singer, her professional gift is dance and that's it. Paula can not sing and everyone in the business knows that.

Funny video! I went to Van Nuys High School with Paula. She was a very rich, priviledged girl. Her father is/was a tycoon and she was picked up from high school every day in a chauffered town car. The next year she became a Laker girl - imagine that! She had many connections in "the business" thanks to her rich father. She has also had extensive plastic surgery throughout the years (she looks nothing like she did in high school). She was a nice girl in school, and popular. Very petite though, probably 5 feet tall. Just thought you guys would enjoy hearing some background info.

I didn't know Paula went to Van Nuys. I went to Grant. What year did she graduate? (Here's another question: if she can't sing--and we all know she can't--then how on earth did she wind up being a "judge" on American Idol??)
