Some mobsters turn the other direction when they know they are going to get whacked. Vincent Pastore, the actor who played "Big Pussy" on The Sopranos, is adding some credibility to his character's name after announcing today that he is dropping out of the upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars.
According to the actor, "Unable to put forth my best effort, I felt it appropriate to step aside and give someone else the opportunity."
My first question for you sir is ... AGAIN?!
Does anyone remember......this is the second time he's done something similar to this.
Did he think we'd forget that he nearly quit Celebrity Fit Club on VH1? Was there no lesson learned?
All kidding aside, this is not looking to great. So far the score is:

He didn't compete in Celebrity Fit Club the first time because he didn't clear the physical. He did compete in season 4 and he did rather well from what I remember. I couldn't find how much he lost on their web site but I noticed Ross the Intern is on season 5. I thought he looked like he had lost weight Monday night on Leno. I love Ross!

Would have LOVED to see Joe Pesci on "Dancing With The Stars" because he is hysterical!! But, Paul Sorvino would have been good too! Why would we want to see Alec Baldwin?? Don't like what he is doing to (his wife) Kim Basinger, at all, irrgardless of his performance on "The Departed"!!!!!
