Wow, here's something that was COMPLETELY UNEXPECTED.
Judge Larry Seidlin, who presided over the Anna Nicole hearing/circus last week, might get a regular spot on CBS' Saturday Early Show. One of the show's producers, Michael Rosen, sent Judge Seidlin a letter the other day (obtained by The Sun-Sentinel), saying that they want to hire him for a new segment on the show:
"I have been extremely impressed by your compassion in the Anna Nicole case and I would love to discuss with you the idea of being our judge on a new segment, `Morning Justice.' It would be a semi-regular segment in which you would resolve the ethical and legal questions of our viewers who send in the issues troubling them."
Now, aside from the fact that "Morning Justice" sounds more like a cable adventure series starring Lorenzo Lamas, is this a good idea? Sure, it would probably be good financially for Seidlin, but I wonder if he would have to leave the bench to take the job? Is it really worth it to go to a morning show, especially one that's always third in the ratings?
I mean, it's not even the weekday show, it's Saturday only.

CBS is trying to get lower ratings? Everyone thinks this guy is as heartless as the "family" and everyone else in the room. I hope he dies a slow painful death for what he has done.

A Miscarriage of Justice
The due process of the Heart
The court proceedings over the remains of Anna Nicole Smith have become a mockery to the Judicial System in Civil Litigation. The Due Process of Law has become a due process to serve self and that of the advocates that represent the petitioners, which are solely motivated by greed. These hearing have become a public circus that serves the self of those involved instead of serving the health and well-being of an innocent child
Danny Lynn Smith.
One would think, with all the media coverage that this case has gotten, that we were defending the rights of a condemned person. The Justice System both Criminal and Civil are broken. We condemn criminals and sentence them to death to justify murder by committing murder. We reward the rich by ordering the poor to pay and we amuse ourselves with gossipy news coverage that degrades the spirit that has left this earth, rather than to focus on the life at hand-in this case-Danny Lynn Smith.
We seek justice for the remains of Anna Nicole Smith, which is dead as for as the clothes that cloaked her spirit, rather than to seek to preserve the light of her in Danny Lynn Smith. To preserve the remains of Anna is pre-serve what remains-her child. To preserve Anna we must protect the living of her-again her child.
We will surely carry out a miscarriage of justice and a death sentence on Danny Lynn Smith if the health and well being of this infant child are not the foremost important matters before our courts. The poor that are order to pay in this case are those that cannot speak for themselves-Anna, her son Daniel and her Little One, Danny Lynn.
Let your heart decide and do the right thing Mr. Howard K. Stern. Do what will be light for this child in all this dark controversy.

So they're going to reward this guy's loathful, self-serving behavior?

They already have rewarded all the attorneys and even the judge in this case with all the free publicity including Howard Stern at the cost of Anna and Her children

If they hire this judge, would he have to cry every time he hands down a judgment? I think he was a disgrace to the justice system.
