I'd have to say I barely remember this show. It's one of those times where I actually remember the title more than the show itself. It had something to do with outer space.
BCI Eclipse has announced that they are going to release a complete DVD set for the 70s CBS Saturday morning kids series Jason of Star Command. The show starred James Doohan, Susan Pratt, Sid Haig, Charlie Dell, and Craig Littler as the title character. It lasted two years.
One interesting side note: Littler's IMdB entry says that he was the guy who said the words "Pardon me, do you have any Grey Poupon?" in the commercials. But what about this guy?

I remember loving this show as a kid, and I also remember thinking not only how cheesy it was that they used the same leftover sets from Space Academy, but what a rip-off Jason was from Han Solo.
Still, I will rent it when it becomes available if only to re-live some of those old childhood memories of sitting in front of the tube saturday morning with my cocoa puffs.

I loved Jason, but I think it was one of those Saturday mornin shows that was on at, like, 11 AM, so, by the time it came round, I was off doing weekend stuff. Like Soccer and shopping. But, I remember seeing Jason pop up in that Grey Poup commercial and thinking, "what? he's not rich after Jason of Star Command???? But he's the star of the show??" It was crushing.
