A disapointing line up this time round. Bud-Light's "Slap" commercial was the best.

I actually liked the Fed-Ex Ground commercial with Harry, Ilene, Joy, Bob, and Mr. Turkeyneck the best. It was silly, but very funny.

Best: GM: "Robot Nightmare"
I never thought I'd feel for a robot.
Worst: SalesGenie: "100 Free Sales Leads"
What were they thinking? Honestly, that was an ad I'd expect to see at 3 in the morning.
Overall, very disappointing this year. Nothing memorable, and the create-your-own ads were mostly disappointing (Doritos Live The Flavor was decent).

#1 was Slap
#2 Letterman/Oprah
My beef is Bob's description of it which fails to convey its humor --- it was a one-shot of Dave until the payoff, which was a two-shot. I know the video is there to watch, but the description should at least make me want to click on the play button

I think that in these days of youtube and nonstop internet entertainment, the concept of getting such a large amount of entertainment from goofy ads (when we can get the same entertainment from myriad internet sites) is no longer salient.
I would not be surprised to see the ad worshiping go the way of the dodo.

The beard comb over was definitely the best. Nothing can top Jim Gaffigan in cut-offs.

I have to go with the Letterman/Oprah ad. It was just brilliantly done.
But I also appreciated the map monster/Ultraman rip-off ad a lot. A really nice parody.

BUD WEISER HAD THE TWO BEST IN MY OPINION
THE CRABS ON THE BEACH AND THE ROCK PAPER SCIROSS
THE TWO WORST WERE THE GO DADDY (EXPECTED SEXUAL HUMOR)
AND SIERRA MISTA SPOTS (BOTH ACTUALLY)

Personally, I thnk we should disqualify any spots that aired prior to the game - so "Mapasaurus" is out (it aired much earlier in the day.
My choice is "Connective Dysfunction" - a spot that was spot on!

Robert Goulet's Emerald Nuts ad was hilarious! "Emerald Nuts keep Robert Goulet away until tomorrow anyway."
Maposaurus was a close second. The 80's hair band music is what really put that one... er... on the map.
