Before you go jumping for joy Day Break is not returning to the ABC schedule. So, please sit down on the couch before you hurt yourself!. The good news we are talking about is that previously aired episodes, as well as three new ones, will be streaming from ABC.com very soon.
I know you're scratching your head on this one, since you already thought that Day Break was already streaming on that site. Well, not quite. They were supposed to air on the website but never showed up. The excuse reason given was that there were online music right issues that needed to be resolved. Shortly after that news the entire Day Break site was taken down, which ticked off fans even more.
Now, according to ABC Entertainment President Stephen McPherson, Day Break episodes will begin streaming on the network's website starting on Monday, January 29th and continue each Monday afterward until all 13 episodes are released online. The series finale is scheduled to be available on February 19th. Whether or not old episodes of the show will be pulled to make way for new ones is unknown at this time.

Dude i know about proxy's and torrents. I tried every US proxy under the sun and it doesn't work. either it's EXTREMELY slow or the video just won't start up. And i really doubt there's gonna be a torrent of an online episode.

Many people can't view episodes online so there's a petition with over 4,000 signatures to ask ABC to either put it back on the air or release it on DVD. It may or may not help but you never know!

From what I remember, the tie-up with music and online viewing rights was specifically because of Canada and likely the rest of the world. If "broadcast" negotiations fell through and they've had to resort to regionalizing the streaming, that's fine for US viewers, but that's about it.
But just because it's been canceled in the US doesn't mean it won't be rebroadcast around the world on another carrier. The series may yet get some sort of following in another country.
I'm sure the full set of episodes will show up on a torrent somewhere soon and eventually, yes, DVD. A compelling, single-story-arc, all-in-one season package is just too much of an inexpensive income potential to pass up. It'll either languish on store shelves or find a strong cult following, once word gets around and people actually notice it outside of the prime time viewing window.
