Donnie Wahlberg is back on television after the abrupt cancellation of his short-lived show, Runaway, last fall. Wahlberg and his former Boomtown co-star, Jason Gedric, are starring in an original movie on A&E called Kings of South Beach. Gedric plays Chris Troiano, founder of South Beach's most famous night clubs frequented by celebrities. But trouble begins when Chris and his new buddy, Andy Burnett (Wahlberg), open a new nightclub together. Both man have seedy pasts that catch up with them, getting them in trouble with money and mobsters.Kings of South Beach airs Monday, March 12 at 9 pm on A&E.

In addition to this, Wahlberg's also going to be on the Spike TV series "The Kill Pit" alongside John Leguizamo, premiering this summer.

I hope this show is good. Donnie isn't that bad of an actor. NBC should have never cancelled 'Boomtown'. It was a great show. I have the whole season on DVD.

I "just" hope that Donnie"s new show will be just as good if not better than his previous show on NBC(Boomtown). Oh my god- why was that show of his ever taken off of t.v anyway? It was my high light to settling in on Sunday night's with! Good luck with this premiere show on 3/12/07. I will be watching and commenting on it! I hope that it will be a good one !!!!!!!!!!!!!
