Arrested Development was, in many ways, the comedy equivalent of Lost. Those who watched the show from the beginning found themselves hungrily coming back for each episode, and those who came into it too late gave up because it was impossible to know what the hell was going on with the multiple and intertwining storylines.
If you miss the Bluths, or you want to know what all the fuss was about, MSN is showing full episodes of the series for free. That's right, this isn't some illegal copyright-infringing YouTube nonsense at the risk of being taken down, this is honest to goodness Arrested Development served up just for you. Today you can watch the first five episodes, and starting December 15, three new episodes will be added every three weeks until the entire series run has been shown.
The new video player will also allow viewers to return to a specific point in the episode if there's an interruption. Apparently some people need this function. Myself, I unplug my phone, close the blinds and rivet my door closed when I watch Arrested Development to avoid all interruptions, but you know, whatever. Oh yeah, and you can also send your favorite clips to your friends. As if I don't spend enough time on the computer already.

I followed most of the first season, and then missed quite a few episodes. When I came back to the show, Buster had a hook, and even though I completely missed how that happened, it didn't bother me, because that's freakin hilarious.
Also, David Cross in cutoffs makes me melt.

For all the HD savvy folks reading this, HDNet will run a marathon of the show on Turkey Day...Starts at 8 am I believe...only one problem...according to Dish Net descriptions, the eps won't run in order...WTF???? Anywho...12 hours of Arrested is still better than football and dumbass parades...if only because it is in high def. And yes, I hace all the DVD's, but it is still fun!!

I never watched it, because in Portugal, it passed at 4 am everyday, but now that I've watched the first five I'm totally hooked, it's one of the best shows I've ever seen, and i'm not just talking about comedy shows, I'm talking about family shows. This show rules them all.

I never watched any of the episodes on t.v., not because I didn't like it, I just never really watch t.v. Then my husband and I borrowed the 3 seasons from a friend and I became addicted to watching it whenever I had the opportunity. I seriously think it is the most hilarious show ever seen. After finishing all the dvd's I asked my husband when the new season is going to start and he told me the show was cancelled. I am so pissed!!! I am a HUGE fan of the show. My cell phone ring tone plays "Final Countdown". I wish there was a way to bring the show back.
