My favorite was Bill Maher on Larry King, speaking about traditional Republicans:

Another great line from Heroes is where the waitress asks Hiro what he can do and he replies "I can teach people to speak Japanese" after saying that he has special abilities too. It sounds better just to watch this scene though.
