It was a good week for handing out advice. I loved that Tracy Jordan quote from "30 Rock", as well as this one from "Jericho":

I can't remember it verbatim but Mr. er, Mrs. Garrison's rant about how all the kids are the offspring of retarded fish squirrels having butt sex with a monkey was pretty freakin hilarious
