Grey's Anatomy star Isaiah Washington has not only apologized for getting into that little fight with costar Patrick Dempsey on the set a few weeks ago, but he's also apologizing for using the words "little faggot." (The fight between Washington and Dempsey started after costar T.R. Knight - who just revealed he's gay - was late for a scene.)
Washington was supposed to be on Ellen DeGeneres' talk show today, but canceled. Costar Katherine Heigl had warned DeGeneres to "step back" when she interviewed Washington, so maybe that fueled the cancellation even more.
Wow, is the drama on Grey's Anatomy as good as the behind the camera stuff? If so, maybe I'm missing out by not watching it.

I don't get it, Bob. You don't watch Grey's Anatomy or CSI, a couple of the most popular shows on TV? What the hell are you doing writing for this blog? At least have another blogger write up the stories about those shows, so your ignorance isn't entirely obvious (it would help if you didn't mention you didn't watch them).

The producers and writers should work the on-set drama between the two actors into their characters. Really. Not joking. It would add something quite serious to their performances.

Perhaps Bob Sassone just needs a paycheck. Talent really doesn't figure in these blogs.

Who cares if he watches the show. This is a news piece not a review. The guy on the news wasn't at the shooting but he still reports on it.

Isaiah needs to apologize to me. His hate and his grotesque comment will haunt him until he does.

What I really want to say is that this is one of those events that really illustrate why you can not let your temper get the best of you. Washington's actions resulted in a co-stars sexuality being exposed. I mean it shouldn’t matter either way, but a person should have the right to keep their private life private. If you have a problem with someone’s professionalism… deal with it in a professional manner.
