In this day and age, with my trusty TIVO (if it's even in my market) I have no problem watching a show I wouldn't normally watch if it means I could win a car...I know I can't be the only one thinking this...

It's actually really nice to see a show based on reality with some substance nowadays. I found VIP Passport's myspace page - www.myspace.com/vippassport - and I'm excited to see it's premiere. Yes, it's definitely a bonus that I could possibly win a car ;)

One of the cast, Trishelle, was on the real world and stirred up alot of drama. It'll be interesting to see if any drama plays out in this show.

This show looks terrible. Why fill up Tivo space with a show about reality starts who get to chat or hang out with famous people.

There is NO content! What is this show about! On Tivo it’s tagged as an infomercial. This is not a TV show. Are you people blind? They are selling your contest info, pay per click web hosting, and flagrant product placement? Just look at how they filmed it. BTW Sara Dovale, Beth, Tom, and Emmabro, ya’ll are very transparent. Are you being paid by the producers for lavishing praise on this lame excuse of a show? (as if I has to ask.)

WARNING: VIP PASSPORT IS A PHONY. i was one of the extras on the set, part of the one day shoot.. and they claim that it was shot in 3 locations..

IT WAS ALL SHOT IN ONE HOLLYWOOD CLUB. PATHETIC. VIP PASSPORT IS A FAKE. A WANNABE CELEBRITY SHOW WITH REALITY STARS WHO ARE TRYIN TO BE ACTRORS. THIS IS THEIR WAY OF STARDOM. HOW SAD. EVEN THEIR BAD ACTING IS QUITE OBVIOUS THAT NOTHING IS REAL. ITS FUNNY TO WATCH THEM AS IF THEY ARE LIVING THE LIVES THEY DO EVERYDAY. AS IF IT WAS THAT GLAMOUROUS. THEY EVEN HAD TO HIRE PROFEESIONAL DANCERS ON STAGE TO ACT LIKE LOCALS BECAUSE THE PEOPLE THEY HIRED COULD NOT EVEN DANCE.

An “extra”? Ha….sounds like a bit of jealously there. I watched the show and even though the acting is not quite there, it was entertaining. I have seen worse acting on some of the soaps. As far as the one location I wouldn’t know about that since I was not there. The other places they visit are not in “one location” so not sure what you are talking about. Also….what is wrong with hiring professional dancers. Most TV shows that have dancers do just that. All sounds like “Sour Grapes” to me. Emmabro

Eh, I'm on the fence about it; it was listed as paid programming, I looked up LUX entertainment and their statement was "We're independent, we don't work within the framework of the studios and we wanted complete control over our content."

It sounds like a positive step, yeah sure there was some product placement, but I'm sure that an hour of airtime doesn't come cheap, and if this is going to be the new mode of television, I think it bodes well that people are able to create their own content and can avoid having the networks screw it up.

That's freaking weird; this is a legit show being run as paid programming? It can't be that big of a scam if its on nationwide, I mean they promise to give away a car, that means they have to give it away right? Aren't there rules about this kind of thing?

I think the car giveaway is legit, I read the terms on the website and it seems pretty clear to me. It looks like they're giving away the Mercedes first.

About the show, I definitely thought it was different, like it wasn't a reality show. The wikipedia entry says it's scripted; which it seemed like.

I'm curious about where they're going with this.

This show looks like fire i belief itself. the girls is speacilly my fravorite. When isn't clear for the time of the show to be on, but envarall, I am astratced.

Alright, I found the contest for the mercedes giveaway on their site, and I looked them up. Apparently all you have to do is register on their site and you can enter every day.
