(S10E10) Towards the end of this episode, Kyle gives his younger brother Ike the most sound advice I think anyone can give a kid who's immersed in his very first crush:
Kyle: You need to have a life. Have fun. Then ruin it by having a serious relationship.
The main focus of this episode was Ike having an affair with his teacher, but the best moments came from Cartman becoming hallway monitor and taking on the persona of Dog the bounty hunter (calling himself "Dawg") and pushing people around while at the same time telling them to "go with Christ." Cartman, who always tends to go overboard when he's given just a small amount of "authroitah," considers anyone without a hall pass to be a personal insult to everything he stands for, and he's not above hauling them into the principal's office or spraying them with bear mace. One of the criticisms often leveled at the real Dog is that he sometimes crosses the line that separates his job and that of real law enforcement, something this episode hysterically poked fun at as Cartman decides to try and track down Ike and his teacher himself, telling the police: "it's okay, I'm a hallway monitor."
Kyle seems to be the only one who thinks it's wrong for Ike and his teacher be having sex, and even the local police don't seem to care too much when they find out it's not a male teacher but a hot female teacher. Cartman also doesn't see what the big deal is:
Kyle: It's not cool Ike isn't old enough to understand.
Cartman: What's to understand? You get a boner, slap her titties around some, then stick it inside her and pee.
Obviously not content with just satirizing Dog the Bounty Hunter and the recent Debra LaFave case, the episode also took a few jabs at people who have been publicly accused of heinous crimes and immediately leap to the "I'm an alcoholic" defense. The episode nicely melds all these things together into a single storyline that cleverly points out what happens when people try to use their position of authority as an excuse for improper behavior, whether it's a hot teacher taking advantage of a young student, or Cartman taking it upon himself to put together a posse (including "Beth," a woman whose gigantic boobs obscure her face) to track down said teacher.
Favorite moment:
Butters [in front of a urinal]: Hello, Mr. Wiener, what do ya know? Do you have to tinkle? Yes, I think so!

This was probably the funniest episode I have seen of the three all season, it touched close to home becuase I remember during the Debra Lafave case when I heard she was banging a 13 yr old all I could say was "nice" also and I wanted to have the victim as a litle brother to me just so I could bang her.

Nobody's mentioned the Mark Foley scandal in relation to this episode... even though one of the police officers was named "Foley."

I absolutely loved this episode. There was also his sidekick LeeRoy (that's how it's spelled) who was a classic redneck. "She gonna haveta deal with tha dawg, huh?" LOL!
