David Zucker, one of the men behind Airplane!, The Naked Gun, and, probably my favorite, Top Secret! created a hysterical campaign ad for the Republican party that features a faux Madeleine Albright making nicey-nice with evil dictators and terrorist while they continue to wreak havoc on the world. Drudge reports that the ad was rejected by the GOP for being too over the top. I find it hard to tell if the ad is really meant as a slam against Democrats, or his own satirical view of how Republicans see anyone who's opposed to them. Did Zucker really think this would be used, or was he just having some fun? I don't really know, I just sit back and enjoy it, because it is really funny. Check it out after the jump.

It is a slam against democrats. Zucker is, egads, a republican in hollywood! Oh my.
And BTW, do you think democrats act don't act the same way when anyone is opposed to them?

Had the video been anti-Republican, I would have asked the same question about the Democrats. That wasn't a personal statement on my part, I was simply wondering what Zuckerman's point was, to mock Democrats or to satirize Republicans. And like I said, either way it's very funny.
EDIT: Upon review, I realized my wording was somewhat misleading. Changed for clarification.

In all honesty, it seemed a little less David Zucker, and little more college student YouTube.
I can this being shown on The Daily Show and becoming a satire of itself. Very funny.

I have to agree with Elliott that it seemed more "college student YouTube", but it's still funny as hell. Too bad more political ads couldn't be like this, and by "this" I mean entertaining and/or worth watching.

This is what happens when people become afraid like Zucker and Dennis Miller. They channel a liberal version of what a Republican is. And they look really stupid saying their new right wing propaganda.
