The woman who slammed into the back of Ellen DeGeneres' Porsche earlier this month was allegedly drunk. Jeanne Werber, 52, has been charged with DUI following the Sept. 1st incident. Ellen was sitting at a light on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles when Werber crashed her Porshe into a Buick, which slammed into Ellen's Porsche.
