(S01E01) Been there, done that. If you're looking for our review of the series premiere of FOX's new comedy Happy Hour you won't find it here. This is just to point you over to some earlier posts we did on the show. For instance, you can see what we thought of the comedy's preview screener as well as the official "reviewable" copy that came in the accompanying press kit. Will be be covering this show in the future? Er, um, well . . . Hey, look at the time! It's getting late and I should really be getting home.

I loved loved loved Happy Hour!!!! Clever Witty Sharp writing.. the characters were fan frickin' tastic... I love the girl boss .. sorry don't know all their names yet... Henry the "country mouse in the big city" I loved the music... But the Intro.. the old school intro kinda like a Rat Pack-esque Bewitched type 70's feel.... LOVED IT!!! Finally something new fresh with a twisty zip zing bam boom to it! ~sylvia v. hillman~

You know, this is about the 20th "first episode non-review" I've seen on TV Squad.
At exactly the time when fans of a new show are eager to become regular readers of a site like this, you insult them with a holier-than-thou attitude and dismiss every show like it's a waste of your time.
I read TV Squad to hear from people who LIKE TV, and lately I have the impression that "Buffy", "Angel," and "The Prisoner" are the only things your staff likes.

Michael, the show is a waste of time in my opnion. It's an OpEd piece and I'm editorializing. If you want a recap of every episode than go to tv.com for that. If you want holier-than-thou attitude then you come here.
As for the non-review, this is pretty much a pointer to the reviews that were done previously by two different people. Why have a third person review the actual broadcast premiere when it's been done already.

I'm siding with Rich on this one. Happy Hour was nothing special. Those who liked it enjoy it while you can, because cancellation seems to be just around the corner. I do need to give the show props for the line about what Happy Hour means at the end of the show. That was the most original thing about the whole episode.
