He was a loving and caring person...who had a zest for life. And died doing what he made to do! WE WILL MISS YOU STEVE, THANKS FOR INFORMING US AS WELL AS ENTERTAINING US.

He was wild, cool, and a tad bit nuts which made him one of the most loved and scoffed at entertainers. I'll miss him, and am still shaking my head over the irony of death at the hands of a stingray for a man who wrestled crocs.

My heart & prayers are with the entire Irwin family. What a sad day for everyone to lose such a special and enthusiastic friend, father, husband, and son. He will be greatly missed by all he reached. But what a wonderful legacy he has left for his children to remember him by - not only the zoo, but his wonderful, exciting, loving personality. when i heard he died, i couldnt belive it everone i knew liked the man, well who didnt? he was great he was funny. and i wont forget him i wish he family well.

Steve was one of the few people I considered to be one of my hero's. I've always been very involved with nature and have had a passion and love with most everything outside this concrete jungle in which most of us live. Steve showed us all time and time again that we are more than cabable of coexisting with all of which God has created, and that it is all beautiful. His passion inspired us, his intelligence taught us. Around the world he will be missed dearly. My heartfelt prayers go out to his family.

It was a very sad day when I got the news of Steves passing, Though I never met him personally, His passion
and enthusiasm were extraordinarily contagious, Having
helped out numerous wildlife throughout my lifetime, I
recognized the importance of his mission in preserving
and maintaining his wildlife conservation message, I'll
certainly miss him , Mine and my families thoughts and
prayers go out to Terri, Bindi , Bob, and all the rest
of Steves close and zoo families. G'Bye Steve ,Rest in
