Whoops. A day late and an episode short. Here's your reminder that the G4 network is now showing Arrested Development weeknights at 11:30 EST. There are just so many ways to go with this news that I can't pick. On the one hand, I have the tried and true G4 killed TechTV angle, which is always solid, because man did they do a number on the TechTV shows. Of course, there is also the pro G4 angle of what does this have to do with video games anyway? Probably not a lot of takers on that one though. And as always, holy crap, how is it that this show never found an audience? Choose your anger and let it tide you over until tomorrow when we can all sit back and watch another episode of Arrested Development. For more info, you can find the schedule, an episode guide, chat and forums on the G4 Arrested Development page.
[thanks, Rocko!]

I'm just so happy I picked up the 3rd season on DVD so know I don't have to deal with msn's media player or G4 to get my Arrested Development fix. Which is more depressing that Arrested Development got cancelled and According to Jim got renewed or comparing the daily schedule for G4 today and Tech Tv 3 years ago?

Oh for the days of Silicon Spin. I used to really enjoy this channel even Attack of the Show was cool for a while but it has really lost its edge as of late.

no problemo
although I will take your side (no, take my side actually) on the whole G4 took a massive s--- on top of TechTV, and left it in a vat of boiling acid disguised as antibacterial soap to get rid of aformentioned fecal matter.

Well, I resolved this issue last week.
I bought the third season last week on DVD, and after I load the 3 seasons on my media server, I'll have the series on whenever I want. So G4 probably bought themselves a show that'll garner even less ratings than they had hoped for. Most AD fans bought the DVD's when they came out.
The only way I'd watch AD again is if I had HDNET.

Regardless of the techTV/G4 debate, Arrested Development is/was the best show to ever be broadcast and Fox still have a lot to answer to. Let's pray the AD Appreciation Society continues to grow until no-one can ignore it and the show is uncancelled, if that's a word.
Seriously, this show should never have been allowed to die. It was always made for DVD and I think it's afterlife will be glorious.
