That intro just now was hilarious. Jumping through lost, the office, 24, house, south park and finally conan ending up on dateline's to catch a predator had me on the floor laughing. A waste that its SD tho, because the intro was almost all HD shows and it was in widescreen. Funny stuff though.

That has got to be THE most entertaining (not to mention honest) opening for an awards show.

Jamie Pressly and Gregory Itzin lost?! This is why the Emmys suck.

Thank God, Sean Hayes didn't win. Too bad for GOB, but Jeremy Piven winning is awesome enough.

I'm 100% with you, Carl. At least it wasn't Alfre Woodard, but that's really not saying much.

I can't beleive that overrated hack Jon Stewart won for BEst series comedy.. His show dosen't have half the intellect or originality as Bill Maher's show.. If Bush wasnt in office, no one would watch this crap. It is a pure rip off SNL's weekend update.

Outstanding Writing for Comedy presentation was great! Especially Colbert Report's and Conan's.
Yeah, Colbert is definitely getting snubbed. Next year, next year.

Did Anybody think that when Jon Stewart made that announcement, that they were expecting something else?? I personally was expecting his Daily Show retirement since he didnt tell anybody else. Whooo, good thing it was just a decision to kill Bob Newhart....

No Steve Carrell? Clearly I made the right decision not to watch this stupid joke of a show.

This year is ridiculous. No Carell, Itzin, Arnett, Colbert? What is going on here?

Dont get me wrong, Tony Shalhoub, very funny actor. But when you put him up against Steve Carell, Steve Carell will win everytime. Steve has had an outstanding breakout year. Tony has already won twice, why not switch it up.
I do have to say, for my first year watching the emmys, I am VERY dissapointed with the winners. This is definately my last year watching unless I get spoilers...

God this is so annoying. Good thing Larry David didn't even show up. Tony Shalhoub, Blythe Danner and Megan Mulally? Again?
Great to see Jeremy Piven though. And 2 Emmys for My Name Is Earl!
