The animated MTV2 series Where My Dogs At? from comedians Jeffrey Ross and Tracy Morgan came under fire recently because of a segment that featured two women on leashes, a scene meant to parody an actual appearance involving Snoop Dogg with two women in tow on chains. Some insisted it was a simple spoof of a real event, while others found it misogynist and racist. This may end up being a moot argument, however, as MTV has not decided whether or not the show is going to return for a second season. As I said in my previous post, I never watched the show, and the little bit I've seen of it on MTV2's site didn't impress me very much. I didn't find it offensive, I just didn't think it was very good. A shame, really, because I like both Jeffrey Ross and Tracy Morgan quite a bit. Were any of you readers a fan of the show?

I enjoy the show enough to DVR it. I thought it was witty and into pop culture. Hope it comes back.

I think both Ross and Morgan are far more talented and deserve better. I've tried to watch this show, but it just plain stinks. The writing is poor, and the voice acting sounds half-hearted. The Chico and Guapo show is even worse. Drop them both and put the money into making longer seasons of Wondershowzen please.

Snoop's walk down the Red Carpet received very little attention. The social commentary of it on "Where My Dogs At?" has received a lot. Should SNL be taken off the air too because it makes fun of pop culture? If you have a problem with the show, it should be with the the underlying event that triggered the controversy. If you don't believe in this type of satire and parody, I guess you have a problem with the 1st Amendment. You better not say anything bad about Osama Bin Laden. Pro Muslim groups will be watching and listening to your every word.

I think Ross and Morgan's writing is great. My friends and I would like to see the show come back for the second season.
Very Entertaining!
