(S03E07) Forgive me folks, but because of the power outages, my TV viewing schedule is all sorts of messed up. We've gotten numerous requests for a review of this past Sunday's Entourage, and I was finally able to catch it On-Demand last night. So here goes.
Most of the episode dealt with Ari and Eric. Lately it seems Vince is becoming less and less of a player in this season as all the other characters are getting much more complicated storylines. I'm not against it and besides we had to expect this too since this season is supposed to be what, 20 episodes? With a season order that long, everyone gets a bigger piece.
So Eric is forced to deal with the aftermath of the threesome. He woke up in Tori's arms and not Sloane's last week, and now he can't get Tori out of his mind. He wants to know "what if?" At first, she seemed weirded out that he came to apologize but she eventually agreed to a second threesome if Sloane would drop the rules. It never happened but she told Eric one simple fact: Sloane is too good to let go of. So there was definitely an attraction between E and Tori. Maybe she'll be back to stir things up again later in the season. Although, Seth Green was in this episode and seemed to be expressing some interest in Sloane... so maybe that'll develop into something too.
Meanwhile, Ari finally met with Terrance (Malcolm McDowell is fantastic in this role) and they agreed on a settlement for Ari's buy-out. $11 million ain't too shabby. Ari plans to use the money to open his own agency, but that jerk-wad Adam Davies caught Ari in the act of looking at available office space. So now Ari has to hire Davies or risk Terrance finding out his plans and withholding the settlement funds.
Those were pretty much the main points, but I had a few other random questions. First off, why is Debi Mazar in the opening credit sequence? She's rarely in the show and when she is, it's for no more than a scene or two. That bugs me.
Oh and what about Saigon? A few weeks ago, it was such a huge deal that he got a label to sign him. I thought Turtle was supposed to be rolling in the dough right now? Although, I suppose I answered that already. We've got a bigger season on our hands so I'm sure we'll be seeing plenty of old and new storylines in the coming weeks.

Did anyone notice that one of the women with whom Ari's wife was lunching was Molly Ringwald's sister in 16 Candles? Don't know her name. She still looks the same.
Great, great ep though. I love this show.

I think Debi Mazar is on maternity leave, judging by how pregnant she was in the first two or three episodes.
