I watched Cathy on Bravo Last evening, July Fifth, On the show she said that she and her husband are reconcilliating. I don't know when the show was taped but, she asked the audiance to pray for her success.

I saw her at the Nokia theater in NYC before her show premiered, and she started by saying her and Matt were together. I wish she just didn't mention it at all, if she was lying all along.

Wow. I don't get it. I mean, I just saw Kathy in Baltimore, let's see, I guess it was June 5th or something like that and she said then that they were back together. Hmmmm.

I love Kathy.. didn't before.. But when you watch her, you realize she's one in a million.. while everyone else is trying to kiss a**. She says it like it is.. and it's HILARIOUS... even my husband who's critical is into her now... As far as their marriage is concerned, I don't know what the truth is so I can't really say.. but it APPEARS that they work well together.

i that is pretty nasty, to steal money from your more successful partner. I think kathy has gotten less funny but parts of her reality show are amusing.

Kathy and Matt did get divorced over this, but they are back together. So they have reconciled in their relationship, but have chosen to stay divorced. This has been reported by numerous sources. The theft by Matt was the reason for the divorce originally.

I saw her live in Mpls on June 22, 2006, and she NEVER mentioned him, the breakup, the reconciliation- nothing. She was hilarious, though!

wow!! That really hurts. Kathy was taking very good care of Matt. I always wondered what was behind the roll of the eyes and facial expression from Matt.
i.e. when they were watching one of the tv programs(can't remember which one it was) and Matt did the eye roll thing, her gays were there also that night. She probably was trying to work on things, meaning trying to get some of the money back or trying to find the money even. It least that is what I tried when my hubby stole my money back in 95. almost 80k.
Hopfully she did not have to pay him any money in the divorce.Kathy, I wish you only the very very best.

I don't think it's for anyone else to say when and where someone needs to disclose that kind of info. If anyone has gone through a hard break up or divorce, you know you can run the gamut of emotions and think you're making one decision or another every other day. Why would there be a cover-up? It's not foreign policy. It's their business and she made a decision about when to publicly announce it.

I think Kathy Griffin has got to be the hardest working woman in show business. I always thought she was funny and very ballsy. From her reality show, I got that her husband took very good care of her and seemed to watch out for her. I guess he was also watching her wallet. What confuses me is that when she went to do that seminar on comedy, she says she's a D list celebrity with an A list house. And that was due to being financially aware of her money, which she said she was. How could she not know $72K was gone??? I liked them together and am sorry to see how he took advantage of her.
