As excited as I am to hear about any new work from Fincher, I think I'd much rather see him do another film. Oh well, I'm sure it'll be littered with dark themes and long, unbroken pans through various locations.

Oooh, yes. dark brooding themes about grown men ad because they aren't rich rock stars and athletes so they decide to beat the crap out of each other and blow up buildings in some silly strike at the consumer cultures they wish they had more momeny and status to be a part of.
Remind me ahgain why Fincher is great?

Anna, no need to cross out the truth. Fight Club is the best movie ever! I can't wait to see what Fincher has to offer...although it could never beat Fight Club...

Sorry, as much as I love the film and the director, Fincher really had nothing to do with the themes of Fight Club. Yeah, he created probably the closest feeling moviegoers will get to the atmosphere of reading a Palahniuk novel, but he just barely 'did it justice.' Jamie, read a book from time to time. And don't fault a director for doing an awesome job with someone else's material.
