This is getting really hard to follow, but I'll try to explain it.First, the ex-Lost star was arrested in Hawaii for drunk driving. Then she decided to go to jail instead of performing community service. She was released after 5 days. Then, the judge sent her back to jail for 60 days because that arrest had violated the probation of an earlier arrest in Los Angeles. Now Rodriguez is out of jail again. Total time spent of that 60 day sentence: about 4 1/2 hours.
The reason this time: "overcrowding."

actually, you're talking about two different judges, one in Hawaii, and the other in Los Angeles. Everyone knows in L.A. County because of overcrowding in the county jails, most non-violent offenders only do AT MOST 10% of their sentence. So, everyone knew going in that her sentence of 60 days would at most be 6 days. For a non-violent crime, and other considerations, 4.5 hours is pretty normal in the L.A. County jail system. (Which happens to be the largest prison system in the world, and among the most overcrowded.)

Michelle Rodriguez is a great actress, I hope to see her real soon on T.V. again. I know she has done some things wrong but so have alot of us. I guess just wishing her the best of luck in all she does, for she has always been a great Latina role model.
