I know, I know, you're saying to yourself, "jeez Bob, more Lost posts?" I hear ya. But it's a popular show, and the theories and articles just keep a-comin'.This site gives a chart of how many of the show's characters are related. Now, I try to follow the show as closely as I can, but since I don't want to go batshit crazy and end up in the loony bin with Hurley and Libby, I don't follow every single piece of information or clues, so I don't know if all of this is correct or up to date.
The date says it was last updated on May 11, so I'm sure a post-season finale upgrade is coming soon.

What is interesting on that thing is how wrong many of the links are and how many are just what appears to be wild speculation.
Like the "Bernard/Hanso" entry?
Rose is Walt's Grandmother?
Rose and the Real Henry brother and sister?
Sorry, with that much false information, I can't buy any of it. Next!

Some of this stuff looks like conjecture -- "Bernard/Hanso?"
And I'll admit that I've not caught all of the clues, but did I miss that Rose is Walt's grandmother? Huh?

And Jack & Claire being brother and sister, have I missed something here??

Jazza... alot of people are thinking that jack and claire are half-siblings due to the fact the house that Jack's dad went to could have been Claires mom's house.
But that list is utter bunk. Bob should really do a little common sense research before he blindly posts stuff like this.

I must add my sentiments that a lot of the information there makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I mean, yes, the thought that Jack and Claire could be related makes SOME sense, but everything else is loonie.
If Rose was Walt's grandmother she might, maybe, be more concerned about his well being, and maybe know Michael also, I mean, come on... where did all of this stuff come from? The Real Henry Gale is related to Rose too? This person needs to learn that not all African Americans on a television show are automatically related, Captain Small Minded.

Oh yeah, and "Desmond's Girlfriend to Adopt Aaron?" Who is this person and why have they suddenly gained notoriety for something that is inaccurate and poorly designed.

And the "Fake Henry" is Aaron's grandfather? Hurley & the "Real Henry" at Mr. Clucks? How does he know?
Yeah, sure. Whatever.

didn't Sun have more connections through the hotel dude and her father ?
and you might as well add Kelvin/In Mann to the chart instead of connecting Sayid to Desmond

I don't know about the rest of the list, but those who believe that Jack and Claire are brother and sister, don't believe that it was her mothers house he went to. The woman answering the door was too young. They believe it was a roommate or friend. Nowhere in the episode did they lead us to believe that she was her mother. That was just an assumption by many viewers.

LC, you are making a blind assumption that everyone who thinks that about the woman and Jacks dad. Until we are proven wrong, there is no reason to speculate that she IS Claire's mom no matter her age (also, we never got a perfect close up shot of her so her age can not be even truly guessed upon)

The chart has some theories that we can think about. The thing about Fake Henry being related to Aaron has me thinking. Maybe Claire's boyfriend (the artist) is related to someone on the island since the hatch artwork (mural) looks very similar to the work of her boyfriend.
Here's something else that may help. There is a nice list of flashback characters here

This chart is from some crazy Scottish mans site-Themisfitishere. He has some pretty questionable theories about Lost. Entertaining and laughable.
