New: Vanished, Standoff, Justice, 'Til Death, Happy Hour, Talk Show with Spike Feresten, Duets, The Wedding Album, The Winner, On the Lot.
Descriptions of new shows below.
Vanished: The wife of a prominent Georgia senator is missing and it turns out there's a lot more to her than anybody knew. Told from three views: the FBI agent, a reporter, and her family. Created by Scott Berman (CSI), and stars Joanne Kelly, John Allen Nelson, Gale Harold, Rebecca Gayheart, Ming-Na.
Standoff: A pair of hostage negotiators struggle with the stress of their job and the frustrations of their budding relationship, which they're attempting to keep secret until one of them reveals it to the entire world during a hostage standoff. Stars Ron Livingston and Rosemarie DeWitt, as well as Gina Torres (Firefly) and Raquel Alessi.
Justice: A team of defense lawyers takes high-profile cases. They're a "dream team" but they also do a lot of television appearances. Produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and stars Victor Garber (Alias), Kerr Smith (Charmed, Dawson's Creek), Eamonn Walker (Oz), and Rebecca Mader.
The Wedding Album: A popular wedding photographer has declared himself a bachelor-- until he hires a sexy new assistant. Stars Bruno Campos (Nip/Tuck, ER), Tara Summers, Eva Pigford (America's Top Model), and Jayce Bartok.
'Til Death: A comedy about two couples in different stages of their relationships. Brad Garrett (Everybody Loves Raymond) and Joely Fisher (Ellen) play a couple that has been married for 23 years. Kat Foster (Law & Order) and Eddie Kaye Thomas (Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle) play a newlywed couple who live next door.
Happy Hour: A straight shooter is talked into moving to Chicago with his girlfriend, where she promptly dumps him, he gets fired, and loses his apartment. The comedy is about him learning to live the single life in Chicago with his new roommate, a modern-day Dean Martin, all while watching his ex-best friend sweep his ex-girlfriend off her feet. Stars John Sloan, Brooke D'Orsay, Lex Medlin (Still Standing), Nat Faxon (Joey), Jenny Denbo.
The Winner: A comedy produced by Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane and starring The Daily Show's Rob Corddry as a successful 43-year old who looks back fondly on his early 30s when he was a slacker and living with his parents. Although FOX has picked up this show, it is not yet on the schedule.
Duets: Simon Cowell strikes again. He's producing a reality contest where professional singers pair with amateurs to sing duets and win money for charity. Of course, viewers get to vote by phone.
Talk Show with Spike Feresten: A different spin on your usual late-night comedy show. It's a scripted comedy masquerading as a talk show where guests will sometimes perform the opening monologue and will appear in sketches. Stars Emmy-winning writer Spike Feresten (Seinfeld, Letterman).
On the Lot: A Mark Burnett/Steven Spielberg reality show where aspiring filmmakers will compete for a studio development deal. On the schedule next spring.

Let me get this straight: FOX dumps Arrested Development but keeps American Dad and The War at Home?
Who do you have to know to get a job as head of a studio? Qualifications certainly don't include a keen mind.

I think to be a network head honcho you have to select shows that get ratings and bring in advertisement dollars--neither of which AD could do.

Hey, const, American Dad's been more consistently enjoyable than Family Guy since last May. Not that I've given up on Family Guy; that Petergeist episode felt like one of the older ones. Then again, I also like modern Simpsons; I concede it's not what it used to be, but it's not bad. Still that dashes my credibility to be bits for some people.
For whatever it's worth, I think War at Home is garbage

I am pleasantly surprised to see The Loop coming back. There weren't a lot of episodes and it was shuffled around the schedule a bit, but if you can find it, it is a very funny show.
A question though, hasn't FOX been running programming on Saturday night for years with Cops and America's Most Wanted? Does this mean they are going to try more traditional scripted programming on Saturday?

i'd watch Happy Hour if Fox guarenteed us in writing that the main guy would kill both or either his ex-friend or ex-girlfriend within 3 episodes. otherwise i can't possibly see why anyone would want to see some candy-ass loser let himself be crapped on week after week.

Where is the Bernie Mack show? I am so tired of these Networks removing our favorite shows without a word.I guess Fox will loose a segment of their viewers. We have to follow the Networks that include our taste in PROGRAMING.................

Boy oh boy...each tv network that puts up their new fall line ups..the more and more I get upset...As an African American I am wondering why there isnt any new shows with Black, Hispanic or Asians....the world I live in isnt just white and I used to think that at least television was the one medium I would get to see people of color..which makes me sad...I loved the Bernie Mac Show on Fox, but I knew its time was up..but least Fox could have found something to replace the ONLY black show on the network...On ABC George Lopez is coming back on in midseason, but ABC is white washed now too, excuse the expression...I wont even start with NBC and CBS..and now the only representation of the African American or any people of color is on network tv is the CW with them keeping Everybody Hates Chris, Girlfriends and All of Us...oh yeah Smackdown there is a few people of other races there too..LOL...I miss the days of seeing the cosby show, martin, a different world, the steve harvey show and in living color..thank god for tv one and BET...Times are changing for diversty on TV..yeh right

wildncrazybrotha -- I was agreeing with you right up until you threw in the "LOL". I'm sad there's no more Bernie Mac on Fox -- I knew with as many times as they played musical chairs with the show's time slot, that it's number was up.
At least it's in syndication though.

First off I like War at Home. I sooo relate to that better than most shows. Sorry Arrested Developement is gone (we are talking about the people who originally canned Family Guy) Me and my wife watch it and laugh are asses off. It does help its on before FG too. Give it a few episodes and have a few kids and you just might like it... But if you have to watch something youre not already I must plug me new favorite show-Veronica Mars. I want a full season damn it and its worth it. I'm new to it too so you can catch up like me if youre once again not already watching it.

My husband and I checked out "Bones" after the season had started and now we don't miss and episode. We are both looking forward to the next season, just wish that she could warm up a little.
We did try to watch "House",but could not handle the attitude of the characters in the series. I am afraid that if I had doctors like that they would not be my doctors for long.

I think that Charisma Carpenter should be cast as Wonder Woman in the upcoming feature film and that Katharine McPhee should be cast as Wonder Woman on Smallville for the Wonder Woman/Diana Prince guest appearance. All they need are blue eye contacts.

I have always watched fox for the many different programs they offer. Equally important I believe is their kids programming on Saturday mornings. My 4 kids would spend all morning watching fox. Ever since they removed programs like one piece, GI joe and a few others, replacing them with, to put it in my kids words, little kids programs they are discovering other network's shows. What's the deal with a full morning of viva pinyata? I would get up just to watch these programs and have discussions about them. What's happened? Is there a way to contact them?
Thank You
